We were NOT able to stay in our rental unit. The ground floor apartment was required to have a window open to vent the air conditioner. It does not allow us to feel safe while in the unit or to leave our things. The air conditioner vent was not attached to the air conditioner, allowing hot air to blow into the apartment. We were able to connect it, but between that and the open.window on a 35 degree day, it was unbearable. The water to the toilet was turned off. we turned it back on, but realized it was off because it leaks. We did not use anything in the apartment except the dish towel, and the keys were returned last evening. I am requesting a refund, as the place was totally unacceptable for use.
