Anna Maria girls trip

We had the best stay at the sassy seagull for our girls trip! The cottage is decorated so cute and was very clean! The distance to the beach is perfect, just a short walk! Having beach chairs and umbrellas made everything so easy for beach days! We had such a wonderful trip! We would definitely come back for another stay here!

Absolutely perfect!

In town for a long girls weekend to celebrate a birthday and this adorable cottage could not have been more perfect. Beautifully decorated, immaculate, and just steps from the beach! This little place just stole our hearts. We will definitely be back. Thank you for opening your home to us, we loved every minute there.

Quaint cottage close to everything

We absolutely adored the Sassy Seagull. It provided everything we needed, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & no steps. My mother is elderly and not having to climb steps was ideal. An amazing shappy chic home away from home. WE'LL BE BACK.

Beach birthday celebration

After picking this particular home for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday celebration. My daughter absolutely loved it because if it’s aesthetic appearance. And boy it did not disappoint. Absolutely beautiful. pictures didn’t do it justice. The proximity to the beach is unbelievable. I would definitely stay here again.

Darling Cottage

We LOVED our first time in Anna Maria and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! I’m a clean freak and the house was extremely clean. Darling decor and our kids were very excited to stay in the room with two twin beds. Two bathrooms and an outdoor shower were very convenient for a week at the beach. Quick walk to the beach and the house provided beach toys, chairs, and towels. Would absolutely come back to stay here!

Cottage fun

This cottage was perfect for our needs. What I loved most is that it is so close to the beach path and walking paths. I loved the heated pool. And basically has everything you need. Would definitely stay there again.

So Close to the Beach love it!

Love the proximity to the beach. We had a very pleasant stay at the beach house, We had a wonderful, quiet vacation. The house is nicely updated and well appointed with everything you need.

Mini vacation getaway

This property was perfect for our quick vacation. You can’t beat the closeness to the beach. It’s within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was clean and beds were comfortable. We arrived after regular business hours and it was not a problem at all. Probably one of the easiest check out processes in all my VRBO experiences too. Would recommend staying here and definitely would consider staying here again in the future!

A lovely little cottage with excellent beach access

My wife and I enjoyed a quiet stay on AMI. The location of the Anna Maria Beach Cottages were perfect for what we wanted to get out of a short trip. Beach time, quiet neighborhood, good food and comfortable accommodations.

Old Florida style

Nicely decorated and well furnished beach house. Just a short pathway to the white sand. Shared heated pool, but we almost always had it to ourselves. Seemed to be the quieter part of the island but several good restaurants within walking distance. The beach in that area was never crowded.

Sassy Seagull stay

The home and location were amazing! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants close by. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners and they were awesome! We're making it an annual trip!

Three day stay

Perfect beach house rental - ideal for a family of four. The only thing missing? Coffee for the coffee pot would have been ideal, especially for a tired mama in need of a steady supply of caffeine. Note that for those looking to cook, the kitchen was not stocked with essentials (we did not). 5 out of 5 stars!

Nice Location!

We loved being so close to the beach! We also loved the pool behind our unit. Originally thought it was a private pool but it’s shared by all the units. It was not crowded and nice atmosphere. The property manager was easy to communicate with and answered quickly. We didn’t like the picking up keys from a different location because we ubered and had luggage. Also we had to go back to that location to turn them in. It wasn’t convient but overall enjoyed the cottage

Perfect Getaway!

This was the perfect place to be with our college age children during their Christmas break. Just 3 houses from the beach and easy walk to restaurants with outdoor seating. Everyone could be together and come and go as they please. The cottage is beautifully decorated is a way that creates space and lots of comfortable seating. We had a great time.
