Property was as advertised and pictured. Pool and spa were great. Beds were comfortable, house was spacious and well furnished. Few small issues came up during our trip and AMI Accommodations responded quickly and with a friendly attitude - so we didn’t feel like a burden. When they came out to fix the issue, the technician was friendly and efficient. We have rented from a number of different management companies on AMI and would say this experience was the easiest and best so far.

Well appointed kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils for a big holiday meal including 2 outdoor grills and a smoker! We really enjoyed the spacious outdoor space will a pool table and ping pong table and lots of seating as well as an outdoor TV. And very private!! The beach was a quick 10 minute or less walk and the house comes with beach chairs & a cooler and a beach wagon to cart it all! We have a fantastic family Christmas celebration for our family of 6. The management company was very responsive when we had questions about the house or needed something. Highly recommend this house!

Loved this place!

We absolved this place. There was a few minor things we noticed as this is obviously not a personal home to anyone and more of a business ran vacation rental. So some homey touches were missing, and definitely could have more towels in the bathrooms. If we would have had a full house it def would have been an issue. But luckily it was just us two and we were able to snag some extra towels from the other bathrooms while washing ours. The pool/hot tub was lovely! And we absolutely adored the location. The outside areas could have used a little more detailed cleaning, like the concrete could use a good scrub as our feet would be black walking around barefoot. We also noticed that behind the master bathroom tub was some lost items. Kitchen is fully stocked and no issues there. We did have an issue with the shades in the living room but they were trying to sort that out and we just told them they could fix it after we left as it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall we loved this property and felt very relaxed. Will definitely be back!

Incredible House with Incredible Location

What a perfect set up for 2 families of four. There is plenty of space and so much to do on site that everyone staed entertained. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the pool table, and fishing off the dock. The dock gave us the opportunity to rent a pontoon for several days with a place to tie up overnight. The kitchen is well stocked. The house came with 6 beach chairs, an ice chest, and a wagon to make the 4 minute walk to the beach even easier.

Great property

Canal location and pool and outdoor common areas make the whole property. Just stunning - we rented late je and enjoyed paddling right off the canal dock.

Beautiful Property

My family and I enjoyed this property quite a bit on our last vacation. We were there with 4 adults and 3 young kids and everyone had plenty of room. The pool was the perfect size for long days of swimming. Plus the outdoor spaces were wonderful for relaxing adults. The house is a short walk to the beach. When we were there, the house had 4 beach chairs to use. The kitchen is well stocked for a rental with plenty of tools for cooking and dinnerware. It lives up to its pictures for sure!

Dreamy rental

We loved our stay at Banyan Manor. It was so beautiful, just like the pictures. We all agreed it was the best place we have rented. The pool area was amazing. We rented a golf cart from zoom around, they deliver to the house ( free with the code from the welcome email from Banyan Manor. We used Instacart to deliver groceries from Publix. The home has 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach tent cover, two floating tubes and fishing poles for the canal. We had breakfast at Northshore cafe everyday and our favorite restaurants were Sandbar for lunch and waterfront for dinner. This home was incredible!!

Awesome Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Banyan house in AMI. It lives up to the pictures and it’s a great location. The house and pool area are awesome and we would definitely come back again. It’s close to the beach and restaurants.

Disappointed.

My family and I travel to Anna Maria every summer. It's the time we most look forward to and this year was no different. We were excited to visit Banyan Manor and prior to our arrival, Prime Vacation (our host) seemed to be a great option. Upon arrival we realized that Banyan Manor was a very high-end home, it was in need of some TLC. Dirty walls in the home (scuffs, dirt, smudges and general grime) seemed to be the selected decor. The pool hot tub had numerous broken glass tiles leaving dangerous rough edges which caused a few scrapes on my youngest and a severe shortage of instructions for some of the basic functionality of the house (A/C, etc). However, our real disappointment came when our vacation was interrupted by the approach of hurricane Idalia. As guests, we expected some sort of information/care in helping us understand what we needed to do in case of an emergency such as this. But we received almost no informaton other than an automated text telling us a mandatory evacuation was in effect. Friends of ours, staying nearby in a smaller home managed by a different company on AMI received a phone call to make sure they were safe and had necessary information. A company like Prime Vacations should take a minute to check in on their valuable guests/customers - especially during a potential natural disaster. To make things worse, their automated email asked us to manage their property by making sure outdoor furniture was brought in, secured, etc. Unreal.

New home construction for great beach experience

This is a very desirable home with new construction and modern features and amenities. It features plenty of inviting outdoor space with multiple seating areas centered around a pool and hut tub; this includes a pool table & ping pong table. Plenty of space and privacy. The home is on a canal with boat access, and about 2 blocks to beach access. Upon booking, guests will be directed to a local property management company, which was organized and responsive. This includes a separate rental agreement to sign, scan and return, which was reasonable and customary. We will definitely favor this home for our repeat visits to Anna Maria. Highly recommend!

Beautiful new home on AMI

We were a group of 4 couples and really enjoyed our stay. Location to the beach, town of AMI is excellent. We could walk easily to both. The house, kitchen is well equipped and has a beautiful pool and outside area. The management company is very responsive to any requests.

Excellent stay 9 days after Hurricane Ian

Our two families (two children each) waited until the last minute to be sure our plans for Banyan Manor were still a GO after the island's brush with Ian roughly 9 days earlier. Other than a quickly addressed pool issue likely related to the storm, it was all pretty perfect. The entire property is as beautiful as the pics, if not more so. The property mgmt. company was very attentive, and we all enjoyed our first time on Anna Maria Island.

Great Family Getaway

If you’re looking for an easy, laidback, family friendly vacation home then this is the place. AMI Accommodations made the booking process easy. During their courtesy call they suggested restaurants and activities that my family loved. Anna Maria island is easy to navigate and my kids enjoyed riding taking the golf cart everywhere. This home has a fantastic pool and plenty of outdoor space to kick back. Will definitely rent again next year!

February break

This was our first time to anna maria and this house made the trip! So close to all the shops and restaurants. The beach was right down the road and my little ones loved fishing off the dock. The house was absolutely beautiful and the pool was the perfect size! We will definitely visit again!

This house we reserved apparently had a gas leak, which we were informed of just hours before check-in. We were offered another house that was nice, but not the house we looked chose and had planned on staying in.

Phenomenal new house

Had a reunion with some High School friends and this was the perfect property! Great for entertaining with the big open feel of the great room. Bedroom layout was perfect as well which allowed privacy. In a great location as well as its walking distance to restaurants and Pine Street. Only negative if you don't have kids is the pool alarms on all the doors. In the great room there are massive sliding doors that allow you to open them up and allow the nice breeze to come in but with the alarms you technically cannot keep them open for more than 15 seconds before an ear piercing alarm goes off. Lets just say there is a work around but you have to work hard. Hint: they are battery operated. See the need if you have little ones but we were all adults. Overall AMZING property. Still smelled like a new house.
