This property did not disappoint. The pool and spa were a real treat for us everyday and the beach was easy to get to. The house was spacious and comfortable. Some of the items suffered from wear and tear- the beach wagon wheel made it inoperable and one of the 4 bikes had a flat tire. But beach chairs were nice and plenty of sand toys. I would stay again!

This was the perfect house for my family of 4. When we did have questions about the hot tub or pool, a technician was out to the house immediately! They were friendly and took care of our questions. I highly recommend staying at this home-less than a mile from the stores and restaurants, quiet area, and lovely home.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was perfect for our family. The spa was nice for the cool front that came in. But the highlight was the beach just being blocks away. We would hands down stay here again.

House came as described and more! Very clean, comfortable 2 king size and 2 twin beds, Large kitchen and fully equipped! We loved hanging at the Pool and Spa, barbecuing and watching TV. House is in super quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were 4 bicycles and beach equipment at our disposal. Definitely a great place and we’re already looking forward going back next year!

Family vacation.

The location is wonderful. Short walk to the beach, well equipped kitchen. Cleanliness left something to be desired. Patio around the pool was covered in dog hair and there was a bag of dog feces on one of the porch balconies. Baseboards in the home need a good wipe down. Not the end of the world but when you pay a cleaning fee, guests should not be throwing trash away or sweeping dog hair upon arrival.

Great beachy location!

We had a wonderful time playing on the beach and also in the pool/hot tub. The kids were endlessly entertained! We also cooked extensively in the kitchen, and it was very well-supplied. Thanks for a great stay!

The House was fantastic. Very nice and comfortable. The pool area was great for hanging out, in fact there’s almost no reason to leave the house. Location was great, beach walking distance.

Family holiday trip

Location was as described clean and with all amenities listed. The bikes and beach stuff is really nice and allowed for extra fun. Pool area is great for night fun too. Excellent place if you want to hang out at the beach.

Clean, available as described. Within 2 blocks of beach. Beach chairs and umbrella a welcome add. Comfortable sleeping, clean and warm pool, well functioning hot tub. Outdoor grill worked well overall. Excellent accomodations

Great!!

This house was perfect for our vacation!!! The communication regarding our booking/check in process/what to bring was so helpful! Definitely within walking distance to the beach, house was spotless, beds comfy, full sized washer and dryer (looked brand new!) loved the screened in porches with the fans too, great for reading/relaxing. Loved this house and it’s location. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Great vacation stay. This house was perfect for our week in AMI. Pool is amazing! The house is well supplied with kitchen utensils, beach towels/toys, and bikes. It has great outdoor spaces for the family to sit and enjoy our mornings and evenings. We will stay at this property again.

Not enough time

We have been traveling to Anna Maria for the last 3 years. Wonderful beaches and easy laid back stays. This house has a great location to Pine Ave, Bean Point, and the Rod and the Reel pier. The pool was excellent being under the house so we didn’t need to worry about sunscreen as we are very fair. The house furnishings were good for the kitchen and the family room. We will definitely consider returning to this property.

Great location on Bean Point

This place is located a short distance to Bean Point. From the house to the great white sand beach, it will only take you 10 minutes to catch some of the greatest beach sunsets. The house has pretty much everything you may need. The company was easy to work with. No hassling. The Rod and Reel is also a short walk! We loved walking down to Pine Street in the morning and back! The bathrooms have been upgraded. It's definitely not one of those fancy new places you see popping up all over the island that you have to find 2 other family's to share it with. It's a place for just your family at a pretty affordable rate compared to a lot of the island. The neighborhood was very quiet. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet place to stay, this is your spot. Bonus, Fishing at the Rod and Reel Pier was nice as well. However, they charged you a little as opposed to the city pier which is free. But, the Rod and Reel sells bait and the city pier doesn't yet.

Beautiful and close to the beach

This is a beautiful property and so close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the paths that allow quick access to the beach. The giant table was great for family dinners, game nights and we even set a puzzle on one side while leaving the other side functional. The BBQ grill worked great. There were lots of beach “toys” available even though we expected none. The couch is not super comfy, but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. It’s dog friendly but our dog struggled a bit with the stairs since they are not carpeted. Highly recommend this beautiful place!

Great location on the northern tip of the island.
