Great beachy location!

We had a wonderful time playing on the beach and also in the pool/hot tub. The kids were endlessly entertained! We also cooked extensively in the kitchen, and it was very well-supplied. Thanks for a great stay!

The House was fantastic. Very nice and comfortable. The pool area was great for hanging out, in fact there’s almost no reason to leave the house. Location was great, beach walking distance.

Family holiday trip

Location was as described clean and with all amenities listed. The bikes and beach stuff is really nice and allowed for extra fun. Pool area is great for night fun too. Excellent place if you want to hang out at the beach.

Clean, available as described. Within 2 blocks of beach. Beach chairs and umbrella a welcome add. Comfortable sleeping, clean and warm pool, well functioning hot tub. Outdoor grill worked well overall. Excellent accomodations

Great!!

This house was perfect for our vacation!!! The communication regarding our booking/check in process/what to bring was so helpful! Definitely within walking distance to the beach, house was spotless, beds comfy, full sized washer and dryer (looked brand new!) loved the screened in porches with the fans too, great for reading/relaxing. Loved this house and it’s location. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Great House/Pool

Great vacation stay. This house was perfect for our week in AMI. Pool is amazing! The house is well supplied with kitchen utensils, beach towels/toys, and bikes. It has great outdoor spaces for the family to sit and enjoy our mornings and evenings. We will stay at this property again.

Not enough time

We have been traveling to Anna Maria for the last 3 years. Wonderful beaches and easy laid back stays. This house has a great location to Pine Ave, Bean Point, and the Rod and the Reel pier. The pool was excellent being under the house so we didn’t need to worry about sunscreen as we are very fair. The house furnishings were good for the kitchen and the family room. We will definitely consider returning to this property.

Great location on Bean Point

This place is located a short distance to Bean Point. From the house to the great white sand beach, it will only take you 10 minutes to catch some of the greatest beach sunsets. The house has pretty much everything you may need. The company was easy to work with. No hassling. The Rod and Reel is also a short walk! We loved walking down to Pine Street in the morning and back! The bathrooms have been upgraded. It's definitely not one of those fancy new places you see popping up all over the island that you have to find 2 other family's to share it with. It's a place for just your family at a pretty affordable rate compared to a lot of the island. The neighborhood was very quiet. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet place to stay, this is your spot. Bonus, Fishing at the Rod and Reel Pier was nice as well. However, they charged you a little as opposed to the city pier which is free. But, the Rod and Reel sells bait and the city pier doesn't yet.

Beautiful and close to the beach

This is a beautiful property and so close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the paths that allow quick access to the beach. The giant table was great for family dinners, game nights and we even set a puzzle on one side while leaving the other side functional. The BBQ grill worked great. There were lots of beach “toys” available even though we expected none. The couch is not super comfy, but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. It’s dog friendly but our dog struggled a bit with the stairs since they are not carpeted. Highly recommend this beautiful place!

Great location on the northern tip of the island.

Overall great house. This is our third trip to Anna Marie island. Our family enjoyed the pool and screened-in porches. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location

We loved the house and the location near the beach and Bean Point. The house was very clean and we loved the screened in porches. A few things to note: The third floor room has a room AC unit and not central air. You will need to rent your beach supplies as the bikes have flat tires and the beach wagon's tire is flat. There is a pump available, but it was broken.

Maria’s Way Review

Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. The screened in deck was very nice and we used it a lot. The bikes and beach equipment were nice to have but we were unable to use the wagon because the tires were flat and the pump did not work. The grill worked fine but it didn’t have a gas when we got there so we had to wait for that. The house was close to the fishing pier and beaches so it was convenient since we did not have a vehicle. When we needed to get somewhere the trolley was not far to get you. Overall the house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back.

Great location, beautiful property

Couldn’t ask for much more, wonderful location and property. Plenty of beach supplies, towels, etc. Very nice property with two screened porches and a great kitchen. We had an issue with the dishwasher-it was not working when we arrived and did not get repaired. Management company is very responsive, we were only there for a week but hand washing all the dishes was kind of a bummer. Also, very little on site in the way of cleaning and upkeep supplies. We like to keep the property neat and it was hard to do so. Owners suite mattress needs replacement. Nothing that can’t be addressed, and we would stay in the property again. It’s a great spot near the beach, shops and dining. I would recommend renting a golf cart for your stay.
