beyond disappointing
Rooms are filthy with broken furniture, mould on the walls, and dirty bedding. It's not beachfront, and the sea view is only from a certain corner of the roof. On top of this, most of the amenities listed are unavailable, and when we called the owner he was rude and aggressive.

Just ok type of hotel
I have booked a double room with double bed, but when I checked in hotel gave me tiny single room with single bed with toilet 3ft X 3ft with no light. After I complained to the manager I booked double room, they provided a double room with double bed. Don't trust the photos provided on website, as you can see there is no front building or reception photos in ther website. Taxi cannot take you near the hotel, you need to take your luggages through 250m of dirt track. But the hotel location is near the beach, Friendly staff but very lazy, they will serve you basic breakfast between 9:30 – 10:00am. In room service is non existent. I strongly advice, this is not a 3 star hotel more like a 2 star.

The location is perfect. Two minutes from the beach and the cool elephant art cafe. The staff were very helpful, especially staff. We will miss this place. Rooms are also very neat and clean. They use white linen, so its perfect for us
