Very nice secluded property. The staff and owner there are incredible. The only down side is that it could need a little bit of renovation as the site seems not have been upgraded for a while.

Amazing staff, location is excellent especially if travelling with elder parents, beach side is super quiet and peaceful. Rooms could be better as there were some leaks and we had to ask for the bedding to be swap due to odd smell. But overall, it was a great experience! 4.5/5.0

The staff looked after us very well - they all acted as if they were all owners! We also particularly liked: the use of the kayaks (with life jackets), being able to reheat our extra food, being allowed to drink our own wine with our meals, and them arranging our day excursion - right to/from our doorstep.

Waterfront property with gorgeous views, small beach and a gorgeous lawn. Andresa and the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Easy boat ride to the main village. The rooms have a nice balcomy overlooking the sea. Free kayaks to paddle to a nearby cove. Nice breakfast. The rooms could definitely use a little update.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, mesmo chovendo e um pouco frio curtimos bastante. A vista é incrível, o local muito lindo, funcionários atenciosos, em especial a Cristina, nos atendeu muito bem e sempre prestativa e atenciosa aos nossos pedidos, ainda ganhei um mimo por conta do meu aniversário 😄 O café da manhã acredito que daria para variar um pouco mais e introduzir mais fontes de proteínas. No local há caiaques e um barquinho à remo a disposição dos hóspedes e da pra conhecer praias próximas. Eles tem um barco que leva e busca os hóspedes em Abraão e tem também um gerador próprio.

Relato sincero sobre minha estadia. É lindo, uma vista de tirar o fôlego, a equipe é excepcional, está sempre à disposição ou o mais rápido possível para atender seja dentro da pousada ou no cais da Vila (porque a Pousada é ilhada e para se locomover até a vila é por uma trilha muito estreita e sem segurança ou pelo barco da própria pousada que cobra R$15 pessoa a cada viagem, mas sempre ajudando o hóspede com malas, sacolas). O café da manhã é básico, mas bem servido. Nos quartos da parte de cima tem escadaria pra chegar, mas nada que seja exagerado e a vista compensa o esforço. A funcionária Cristina é extremamente competente e divertida, mesmo trabalhando dobrado devido aos imprevistos, ela estava sempre de prontidão pra ajudar, informar. Aos outros igualmente, fazem a Pousada um lugar muito tranquilo, divertido, organizado e limpo. Se quer viver o paraíso Ilha Grande, a Pousada é a melhor opção para aconchego e tranquilidade durante a estadia. Tem outros quartos, mas o público da pousada é bem respeitoso e silencioso. Não há incômodo hora alguma! Com certeza voltaremos mais e mais vezes!

A limpeza poderia ser melhor percebesse claramente pela vidros/espelho. Não se troca a toalha de piso do banheiro. A qualidade do papel higiênico pode ser melhor, já que o valor da diária não é dos mais em conta. O chuveiro é algo difícil de conseguir ajustar adequadamente e com a regulagem do registro curta/pouca. Para quem não liga o colchão é bem resistente, diria que num primeiro momento é duro. Um fato que nos aconteceu e percebido no último dia é que havia deixado um pacote de Lays para o retorno e quando fomos arrumar as coisas, cadê o pacote? Não sei se jogaram sem perceber, embora o pacote estivesse fechado ou levaram mesmo. A questão do horário do barqueiro que diz ser de hora em hora, apenas avisar que está no cais, não é exatamente cumprida, na última noite foi avisado para a senhora Cristina sobre nossa permanência para retorno à pousada umas 19:45, sendo que a orientação é hora/hora deu 20:20 e nada do mesmo chegar, mandei mensagem novamente e ela me respondeu quando já o mesmo havia chegado no cais 20:30 e olha que é um serviço cobrado à parte. Do mais a vista da pousada, a tranquilidade do local são espetaculares!!!

Pra quem quer ficar na ilha, é uma opção bem ruim pois precisa de um barco pra ficar indo e voltando pra lá - você fica isolado, sem atrações ou diversidade de alimentação no local. Não é explícito, ainda, que você precisa pagar 15 reais por pessoa por travessia - você fica sabendo no local. Os quartos não são limpos (parece que há meses), só dão um tapa no lugar pra ficar ok de receber as pessoas. Colchão extremamente duro e travesseiros todos manchados. Tinha lençol furado e cobertas com insetos ou alimentos grudados. O café da manhã não tem nenhuma variedade. Todo o espaço tem cheiro de fechado e abafado. A vista do quarto é linda e os funcionários são educados e solicitos, mas é muito perrengue pro que oferece e pelo preço, não compensa.

Magnifique séjour à la Pousada Portal do Sol. Superbe vue mer de la chambre (toutes les chambres ont une vue mer) Personnel sympathique et arrangeant. petite plage privée devant la Pousada. Dans la baie d'Abraao, ils vous emmènent au port en bateau (toutes les heures à la demande 15,- réals/pers/trajet. Le trajet d'arrivée et de départ est gratuit)

Très déçu

nous avons été très déçus par l’état général de la Pousada , des chambres et des équipements. Tout est en décrépitude , même le vieux rafio qui vient vous chercher à Abraao. C’est dommage car le site est très sympa mais tout mériterait d’être rénové .Même à 100€ la nuit le rapport qualité prix est mauvais. Le personnel est adorable mais cela ne rattrape pas le reste . les bons avis laissés par les autres voyageurs nous laissent vraiment déconcertés

El lugar es hermoso y las instalaciones en muy buen estado. Todos los días veníamos a gente trabajando en el mantenimiento. La habitación que alquilamos estaba subiendo varias escaleras. Sería bueno que comenten esto al ofrecer las habitaciones. El servicio fue excelente, muy amables y atentos.

Adoramos a pousada. A vista de lá é incrível. Ótimo atendimento. Aconselho deixar avisada a hora de chegada para que o barco busque na ilha no horário combinado e não fiquem esperando. O local onde fica a pousada tem bastante umidade, então era um lugar mais fresco e tbm achei que influenciou no conforto dos lençóis que ficavam gelados. Não me incomodou mas meus amigos acharam a cama dura. De resto, foi maravilhoso. A pousada disponibiliza caiaque para passeio e toalhas a vontade. Ótimo custo benefício. Achei que valeu a pena. Voltaria.

O atendimento é ótimo. Todos os funcionários extremamente solícitos e simpáticos. Senhor Marcos sempre disponível para nos buscar na vila do Abraão. Vale ressaltar que o que é explanado no aplicativo acerca do transporte corresponde apenas a chegada e saída. As demais saídas de barco para vila do Abraão é cobrada uma taxa de 30,00 por pessoa (ida e volta). Ou seja, para sair tem duas formas: ou sai pela trilha que dura em média 30min de caminhada (pela mata) ou por barco. Para quem gosta a cama é de espuma bem dura (quem tem coluna podre agradece), mas não são todos que se agradam. Por ser uma pousada numa ilha tão bonita, esperávamos mais do conforto do quarto. Chuveiro é elétrico, porém a água com pouca pressão. Moveis rústicos e alvenaria simples. A localização e a vista é inquestionável no quesito beleza. Mas, acredito que valeria muito a pena os donos investirem mais nos quartos.

Fomos muito bem recebidos desde o barco de chegada até nosso check out, pessoal da pousada sempre muito atencioso. Quartos e o café da manhã excelentes, a cozinha oferece jantar e almoço sob reserva, isso facilita muito a estadia e a comida é feita na hora. Recomendo e com certeza voltaremos! A praia de Guaxuma é linda e é possível observar peixes e até estrela do mar vimos por lá!
