Beautiful villa renovated in 2018 and 2021 by an architect and tastefully decorated with several designer pieces, located in the pleasant district of Brindos. On a bucolic plot of 1000m2, you will be surrounded by greenery with a brand new 30m2 swimming pool and an open view of the Basque country. The 2-storey house with a basement have a beautiful living room, with a large 4-seater corner sofa, open to a modern kitchen and a huge terrace. It has a large parental suite of 30m2 (under construction), plus 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office spread over the 2 floors. Proximity to the beaches at 4km, the train station, the airport and several food shops as well as free shuttles at 5 minutes on foot to go directly to the city center of Biarritz. The house is fully equipped; washing machine, deckchair, etc...for a relaxing family holiday.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. La maison est très agréable tout comme le jardin. Très belle vue de la terrasse et de la chambre parentale. Charlotte à été très à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
