Four-Bedroom villa with superb sea view, in a secluded area surrounded by a beautiful garden, 20min by car to Andros town, and next to some of the best beaches of the island. The villa is on top of a hill overviewing the beautiful village of Ormos Korthiou. It has undisturbed views to the Aegean sea from all areas of the property which comprises of 2 double ensuite bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 1000sqm of garden and 2 balconies with sea views.

The villa consists of 3 levels, 2 of which are for rent (Ground and First Floor). Both floors have an en-suite double bedroom and a twin with fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. The larger floor can accommodate an extra 2 people in sofa beds. Apart from superb views, the property offers more than 1000sqm of garden for kids to play and free onsite parking spaces.

Grande maison

Grande maison très bien située dans Andros. Partagée en deux appartements distincts, nous étions 2 familles, 10 personnes, et les adolescents étaient ravis d'avoir leur indépendance à l'étage. Au calme, on se gare devant, c'est parfait pour quelques jours. La maison demanderait d'être un peu " rénovée", la machine à laver est très vieille, les meubles d'extérieurs ( tables et chaises) également. IL manque aussi de la lumière sur la terrasse afin de pouvoir manger dehors. De plus, Andros étant énormément venté, nous ne pouvions étendre le linge dehors sur le petit étendoir mis à disposition car tout s'envolait........Cela est dommage, vu le grand espace qu'il y a autour de la maison, un étendoir " en dur" avec quelques épingles règlerait tous les problèmes de vent. même si la maison est "rustique", je recommande cet endroit pour visiter Andros.

Amazing Athea house in Ormos Khorti

We spent 2 weeks in Elini's Althea house in Ormous Khorti.First of all Eleni and her husband are 2 marvellous hosts , very kind and helpful. They are available at any time to provide us some informations on restaurant , places to visit..... The house itself is as describe , clean and comfortable with a breathless view on Khorti bay , Ormos Khorti is located in the south east of Andros , it is a very charming village , with all comodities.From Korthi you are very close to many places like Andros , center of the island, Batsi, Gavrio so it is ideal.Thanks again for this great vacation even with the strong cycladic wind!
