The hotel need to be remodel and the continental breakfast is cereal and bagels.

Beds were terrible and not enough pillows. No kleenex.

The only good thing about this property was two staff members were great. The two men desk clerks were less than polite. The two female desk clerk were great, helpful and friendly. The breakfast bar wad more than a joke. The beds were terrible. It's like a70's flash back in the worst way.

Room was extremely small, smelt of cigarette smoke, had poor lighting.

They were renovating due to earthquake damage. It was difficult to get to the parking lot, the entrance needed grading desperately. This is located far from anything, be prepared since there is almost no public transportation to this location. Rooms are minimal, microwave, sink and refrigerator but nothing to go with them.

Staff were nice but this place was nasty! Very old, dirty throughout! The grounds outside were terrible, the carpeting inside was just disgusting. NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURES!!

I didn’t like that it had been closed due to safety issues but nobody notified us, so after a 14 hour flight we arrived to a non existent hotel!

The person at the desk was very helpful checking me in. The room I got was a smoking room ( I’m a smoker so was fine ) but could use a air freshener to help cut down on the smell plus the shower had small pieces broken out of it

Very affordable, conveniently located for someone who likes hiking, trails close by

Comfortable stay, continental breakfast was bagels cereal, oatmeal and bad coffee

Great welcoming staff. Great breakfast that runs until 930. Can sleep in.

This hotel was okay. It served my purpose. I was visiting family and just needed a place to sleep and shower, however; with that being said: the room did NOT have a iron/iron board, did not have a hair dyer (but I was able to borrow one from the front desk) and had inadequate air circulation. The continental breakfast could of been a wee bit more substantial. There was not any fresh fruit available. But in all fairness, this Microtel was north of Anchorage, Alaska and I believe it was there more for construction workers.

Doors to rooms aren’t heavy so don’t close and latch behind you. Garbage under beds upon arrival, breakfast was pitiful and cramped. Very disappointed for paying $90/night.

There are not many positive things to say about this hotel other than they did accommodate us when our flight was 12 hrs late and we would not make it on time to check in and we would lose our room for the duration of our stay. Because they had done this over the phone for us I think my expectations of what I would find once there rose a little. There are so many wrong things with this hotel. Rickety ramp to get into lobby rolling your suitcases and not covered so if it's raining you and your stuff will get wet just trying to check in Only one person works the entire hotel at one time, except for the maids who are there only in the am. Nobody wears any sort of uniform so their presentation is less than professional. We asked for two extra pillows -4 of us staying- and the clerk made it seem like an extravagant request. The room was not clean and it had a funky smell that we thought came from the old nasty carpet. Upon check out, we realized there had been a rotting orange under one of the beds the whole time, from prior guests. The continental breakfast was one decisive factor in us choosing this hotel. Lesson learned: should've called ahead and asked the specifics. This is no continental breakfast my friends. Only bagels - some actually pink- muffin and toast. That is not a continental breakfast and should not be advertised as such. The only ppl I ever saw eating it was the maids. We ended up eating breakfast out every day. I regret staying there.

Thought the room was a decent size and clean--just very hot and had to open windows. Also would have liked more choices for breakfast. Otherwise, had no other issues. Front desk was very hospitable.

First 3 days we had no housekeeping come to our room until we asked them to send someone. Not very impressed with their continental breakfast. Coffee and orange juice was watered down and who knows how old the muffins and bagels were.
