Great staff service, and a quick pick up late at night from the airport. Had a wonderful breakfast at the restaurant.
The woman at late checkin (after midnight) was awesome. The shuttle really helped, and the breakfast staff was very nice.
Had one night stay at the property. Staff was very nice. Great location close to airport. The shuttle service was very convenient. The hotel itself needs upgrade.

No breakfast as promised yesterday 3 times not there yet then ran out. Vending machine didn’t work. I will not use Orbitz again same room was 40.00 cheaper through bookings.
We stayed at the Coast in a couple of years ago and found the room less clean this time. The restaurant was not good. The dinners were mediocre and the meat was dry. Breakfast wasn't hot even though there were few patrons. We will not return. The staff was friendly though.
we have chosen this place three out of three stays...staff rooms airport shuttle all outstanding..I especially love walking around lake hood or eating on patio to watch sea planes land.
The staff is excellent. The room was spacious, clean, quiet with view of float planes landing during day.The hotel resteraunt food and waitress were great..loved the mac and cheese. Small town feeling with great walking path around Lake Hood. We actually booked an extra night we were so comfortable.
The staff was great!! The restaurant bar - Pipers - on-site was excellent. I ate many meals there. My first impression was that the hotel facilities did not look so great - but it was the helpful staff, the restaurant and service there, and the view of the Lake Hood Sea Plane base that made my stay very enjoyable!

I booked 2 rooms through Orbitz. When I got there, they only had one room, and everything else in town was sold out. So we had to drive 5 hours after a long day of travel.
