The room was decent, bed was comfy however the washroom was tiny. There are much better options at a lower price. There was no courtesy greetings by staff whenever you move in or out, no gate staff present and valet guard was almost always absent. There was no automatic refilling however the staff was kind to replace water and tea/coffee supplies at request. Manjeet from reception night duty was helpful.
