The villa features 4 elegant double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. A cozy living room with Dutch TV, Wi-Fi, and a large dining table flows into a fully equipped open kitchen. The gîte offers a double bedroom, modern bathroom, lovely sitting area, and kitchenette. A washing machine is available on the second floor of the main house.

Outside, unwind by the sparkling pool, lounge on one of the many terraces, or relax under the shaded canopy added in 2019. Surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean gardens, it’s a true retreat. The village of Ampus is just 5 minutes away for fresh bread, café stops, and delicious local dishes.
