Very nice staff and clean hotel
It was very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Helpful staff and great service The rooms are good size and clean
Despite hotel staff members being present, nobody assisted us with our bags or held the big heavy door open for us as we tried to maneuver our luggage inside. The lobby looked nice and the man at check in was very helpful. When we got to our room the bathroom it appeared to be very clean and tidy. However, once we opened the bathroom door, it reeked of sewage. It was almost unbearable, but we were only there for one night and were leaving very early so we held our breaths. Breakfast was included with our booking, and I'm glad it wasn't something I had to pay for. It was tables full of tasteless food, although edible, was not at all enjoyable. But the big kicker was the terribly slow wifi. At check in, each guest is given one individual code and password - but you're not informed that it can only be used on one device. So if you were needing it on your laptop, don't connect your phone first! There was a poor connection of 1 or 2 bars, causing it to be very slow. Also, if your phone screen timed out and you phone went to sleep you would have to relogin to the internet each time. The AC wasn't much of one, it was a minor breeze and there was no way to control the temperature at all. It was extremely hot in the room, especially trying to sleep under the covers.
Everything is excellent, especially the staff... very good, the swimming pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi and the fitness center .....everything .... a smile all the time from everyone.

- Be aware of their mini-bar fridge scam. They charged me 17.80 JD for three cans of soda and a bottle of orange juice. These items are way over charged. - The room is dirty. Bed linings are not clean enough. - The room is very small. - The bathroom flush is not good. The bathroom toilet was getting clogged in daily bases. - Their Gym equipment are old and most of them fail continuously. - The Gym room has some TVs, but the only channel you can watch is the Muslim prayer channel from Saudi Arabia. You feel like you are in a mosque not in a Gym. - The hotel location is terrible. - Every time you enter the hotel you will be scanned and touched by a security officer. This applies to your kids too. I am not coming back and don’t recommend this hotel to anybody.
I really enjoyed the hotel, it is comfortable and it is clean. They have an amazing breakfest buffet every morning that includes hummus, falafeel, yougrat, pancakes, and all sorts of options. It is a good hotel for the price. Toledo hotel a nice, decent, and clean hotel, and that's what all matters for me.
A great hotel for day trips to Jerash, the Dead Sea and Mt. Nebo to name a few!!! The room was a little noisy - located on main street- better get a room not facing Old Abdali Bus Station. Very accomodating for late check out - my flight was at 2:30 AM.
Very attentive staff, good breakfast buffet, very comfortable rooms, although the daily cleaning was poor. The bus station that used to be across the hotel moved, but its close to the JETT office (best buses to Petra and Aqaba) and easy to get to downtown.
Great hotel in the heart of Amman. I arrived at this hotel in the morning. My check in was supposed to be not until the afternoon. The hotel not only allowed me to check in early at no additional cost, but also allowed me to partake in the included breakfast buffet even though I wasn't supposed to check in under later that day, That is symbolic to the type of service here. In addition, I was in Amman for vacation. Instead of booking expensive tours via the internet, I had the hotel book me a private driver at half the price. A major amenity is the health club. By that I do mean "health club". The hotel actually runs its own health club which is free for guests and open to the local community. The place is simply huge. I'm not sure how nice it would be for women, however, since almost all of the members are men and the ladies' changing room is in fact used by the men as a second changing room. Another plus is that the hotel offers free wifi in the lobby. Other than that, it should be noted that the hotel is beautifully designed in a Spanish moorish style. It's a nice touch in a part of the world where many hotels tend to be either very matter of fact or sterile and business-like.
My stay at the hotel was very short - late arrival at airport followed by early-morning bus trip to Petra. So, I pretty much just had a little dinner, slept, had an early morning breakfast, and headed out. The staff seemed to be quite helpful. I enjoyed my mixed kabob for dinner and the included breakfast was fine. The Jett bus station is a short taxi ride from there. The only surprise I had (which I should have remembered) was that the motel is built on the side of a hill, so the lobby is on the top floor. You go down in the elevator to get to your room. My room faced out towards the old Abdali bus station (I think) and there was some street noise even up on the 4th floor. But I slept quite nicely. I would stop here again if traveling through Amman.

Great trip! Saw alot in Jordan in a short time. The bookings that we did through Orbtiz were good. No glitches. Hotels had our reservations; did not try to overcharge; etc. We will use Orbitz again for our next trip.
