Stayed 2 nights, excellent location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, fridge in room, excellent wi-fi, great shower. Extensive buffet breakfast. Overall, an excellent choice in Amman.
We stayed here for 5 nights in July. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean and the shower was great. The only downside was the bathroom door as it didn't allow much privacy. Overall, a great stay.
Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly and very helpful People. Ready to serve you as a guest. Really feeling welcome and be seen personally. Nice neighbourhood. Quite close to downtown Amman. Every evening buffet for a good price.
We stayed here for two nights in July. On arrival reception could not find our reservation but did put us in a room and get us settled while he resolved the issue. The room was a good size and the shower and bed were nice. Breakfast was slightly limited but I enjoyed it. We had dinner there one night a la carte and things seemed heated up rather than fresh. The only two real issues I had was with the cleaning and the bathroom door. The room was definitely a little dirty upon arrival (think someone else's hair in the shower and on the sheets) and the cleaning staff did not refill the minibar daily. And they need to do someone about the creaking bathroom door! Every time I used the restroom at night I woke my husband up. The hotel is on the top of a huge hill but we ended up using a taxi most days so it was a nice view without having to climb. The staff also has a tour/car service they worked with that was useful for us to get to the Dead Sea for the best price as well. For the price, I would stay again.
We stayed here for 3 nights in a twin room. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Only negative was that the door between the bedroom and bathroom had a gap around it by design, so didn't shut properly. Staff were generally friendly. Breakfast offered a range of options, all of which were fresh and well maintained. We had dinner here one night, my husband had the buffet and thought the range and quality was very good. I had a chicken dish from the menu which was lovely. There are two entrances to the hotel, one from L7 (top) and one from the ground floor. From the top entrance it is about a 10 minutes’ walk uphill from Firas square and from the bottom entrance it's about a 30 minute walk downhill to downtown and the Roman Theatre, a walk we highly recommend at night. We had searched for nearby restaurants within walking distance before we arrived and didn't realise how hilly Amman is. There are steep steps in lots of places, so some places aren't quite as easy to walk to you as the distances suggest. As long as you have the energy, this isn't a problem and we found the area to be safe and the people friendly.
Toledo Hotel is my hotel in Amman. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The frontdesk officer was very accommodating and friendly. They offered good taste of buffet breakfast and wifi inside the room. Thank you!
All dandy, good value, great buffet in the hotel, a rare full gym downstairs. One note for travellers, the pic you see is the "other side". Where you get dropped off it looks like a 1 story building! I kid you not, the hill is so steep, it's a skyskraper on one side, a ranch on the other. I was mad at my cabbie, this is not the right place! Sure enough, he was right, and the pic showed the non dropoff side.
Great value, clean rooms. Great breakfast spread. Just what we needed after a long flight. They have a/c and a 24 hour restaurant. Front desk always speaks English. Took and uber from the airport to here.
We stayed at this hotel last year and again this year , the service is great, staff very friendly and accommodating and the location is great. Just a short taxi ride to the amphitheater, citadel, downtown or Rainbow street.
A very good Value for money proposition located quite close to the downtown of Amman. Friendly staff. Speak good English. Maintained very clean. The double room has a queen bed. Hence slightly small for a couple with child. But they offer an extra bed for child if you need. For some reason, he didn't let customers use the Basement parking and I had to park on the road. However the hotel staff always helps you.
