The hotel has seen its day... Cigarette smoke invaded the room every single day, very intense even though it was supposed to be non smoking. Some nights, guests were so loud passed midnight. Breakfast not good, unappealing. Sink and shower faucets were bad, spayed water every where, took 3 requests over 2 days to get them fix. Grimes and pealing wall papers...... The lack of care with the details was so visible. The list goes on. The few positive things are decent bed, AC unit and polite staff.

Property is about average. A lot of the furniture needs to be fixed. Tv was about to fall down. Bathroom had no toiletries. Safe was broken and had no batteries, not working. In the restaurant, a rude lady was saying that we had our reservation without breakfast, which is not true, was talking to us in a rude way, as if we were stealing. Then she went back to her computer, and saw that she was mistaken, and never came back to apologize. I went to the reception and told me that everything was fine. Not a good experience

I hate to complain but I was disappointed because our room was not cleaned. And my other room had a real bad tobacco smell. We had to go down to the lobby and let them know to change our rooms. They didn’t believe us and sent someone to go check. We asked for another room and were told we can upgrade to a suite. I will always recommend this hotel because its location is in the heart of shopping and food districts and the airport is not far. Also their breakfast is not bad at all.
