Whatever room you pick at LE Royal Amman will give you a breathtaking view of the city. The round building looks at the city from different angles. Each morning you wake up you'll have the enjoyment of the beautiful Amman, the buildings and the mountains. Rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious.
Went there on the 3rd of March , easy and fast check in the receptionist was very nice and attentive I think her name was Angelina , the rooms are nice and clean with the amenities that you need , Location is good , nearby transportation . I only had a chance to use the restaurants and cafe only which is not of my habits . Room service is good but just a friendly advice put extra choices in the menu . Breakfast buffet is fairly good but just a friendly advice a spresso machinery will add a great value to the buffet. To be fair the employees in every section of the hotel are very nice and makes you feel very welcomed .
Great location and view. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is very good, and the staff is friendly and helpful.Breakfast is very tasty and diverse: multiple Mediterranean plates and western sweets, but the most famous sweet Kenafa isn't available.
Le royal hôtel, is one the most amazing hotels in Amman, I regularly visit it and it is very modern and design of the place is very comfortable yet unique. Staying at the hotel is expensive but it is totally worth it. I would like to thank entire staff with their welcoming and excellent service. Thank you! I highly recommend to try the tarrace at the hotel which is la tranion. Highly recommend it to everyone. Enjoy!
Considering the resturant is within this hotel and it yet still doesn't have it's own page I will leave my review here for future guests. Le trianon resturant on the 10th floor of Le Royal is a big dissapointment. Having called to reserve for Valentine's day 4 days on advance they failed to have our reservation written down. The manager kept on saying "I believe you, but there is nothing I can do" and seated us on a low table where our only view was the wall. Nor even a decent apology but rather a "i can't promise you a stool but look this is a nice table, the band will be behind you with Cuban and Ukranian girls" as if we are kids and its our first time to a resturant!? The rudest service I have ever encountered in Jordan. We didn't want to ruin the night so we stayed. The food is okay, the atmosphere is also good but they both don't cover the bad management and even worse excuses. We were good clients to Chester's which is the open terrace in the same floor. But this place is it's ugly twin.
The location is very good, kind of the center. The room was a bit run down but clean enough. The staffs were helpful and professional. It’s a really traditional hotel and very good for business trip. The security of this hotel was a plus.
Nice stay here. Really it is a 4+ star hotel, from the greeting at counter, to a nice relaxing spa. Very nice restaurants all over the place. Great breakfast and lunch buffet, house keeping and room service were exceptional.
First time held at the Royal Amman Hotel ... a huge building and a distinctive architectural style ... inside a quiet and romantic atmosphere .... The room is spacious and includes all the amenities and the main needs of high-end accommodation .... Breakfast varied and predominantly character Oriental ... and the service is neutral from the reception to the restaurant service .... I recommend dinner at the Lebanese restaurant on the second floor ... The rooms have a beautiful view of the spacious ...
Le Royal is a large, comfortable, modern Hotel in central Amman. Given its height and location, the views from most of the rooms are superb; and from the outside, the structure is imposing, and strikingly lit-up at night. I was in Amman for a business trip, arriving in the early hours. The staff were efficient and welcoming from the outset. There's a nice coffee and drinks area in the downstairs atrium. There are a number of restaurants (Italian, Lebanese, Asian, Steakhouse), but not all of them were open during my stay, which was disappointing. Breakfast included a huge range of european, middle eastern and international foods - something for every taste. But, of course, there was no pork, so "bacon" and sausages were beef. Prices at the food outlets were not cheap, but on arrival I was given a 25% discount card to set against the cost of a range of hotel amenities including food. The card told the guest to present it at check-out. So when I checked out, I presented it, and was told I should have presented it at each venue, rather than when checking out of the hotel. The reception staff said there was nothing they could do to honour the discount. As I was in a hurry to get to the airport, I did not have time to argue. But it spoiled an otherwise pleasant experience
The Hotel lobby is huge and easy to see a lot ,we love the warm welcoming with Arabian coffee after check in a nice lady escorted us to the room and provided us with full information about the hotel facilitates and how to use internet connection with high speed internet free of charge which is really propositional touch. We had our breakfast at 7th floor it was excellent with a lot of variety. one point to highlight always request a room with outside view it was amazing .
