this hotel was one of the most poor experience i had .i got a room for a night and first it was impossible to sleep ,the room was really noisy from people yelling and laughing down stairs .Finally at around 2 they stop.Morning time heading for the breakfast room. First thing that everyone does getting a cup of coffee .Well the burner wasn't working and it was cold. The toaster wasn't working either ,the eggs and all the breakfast meat sitting in room temperature without the fire under neath to keep them hot.The rest of the buffet ,i mean the cold stuff were looking old and leftover from yesterday .Also i had hard time to communicate with the person that was working the area. Perhaps it was Ramadan period and they didn't care to work. My worst experience in a hotel stay.

We were met at the airport by the hotel driver which I had arranged previously via email. Communication with all staff at the hotel was easy and they were more than accommodating. The hotel was clean and very comfortable, the food was delicious with generous portions. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the hotel driver Mr Mohammed, he couldn't do enough for us. Good value, I would recommend staying here when visiting Amman.

I have spent almost a week at this hotel in May 2017. It is situated in the western Amman and offers a good and quiet stay. The room was of a decent size, clean and with all needed amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was nice with a solid variety of items to choose from. All in all, a good value for the money.

This hotel is extremely well located and for its price, it is very luxurious. The staff is kind and attentive. The rooms are clean and come with a good amount of amenities. The grounds include a pool and gym and are very clean. Extremely appreciated my stay here.

The Hotel is self was okay, rooms clean staff pleasant. However we did got a sickness bug which was definitely from here as it was the last night of our holiday. I think it was from dodgy rice. Also we got charged twice and I have contacted them on several occasion but had no response So I would not recommend.

Very friendly hotel, outside of Amman. Very quiet, the bedding is very comfortable and the staff listens to its guests. Not much choice in food, but very good; A good 3 star hotel I recommend. The hotel has a jacuzzi and hammam which are very clean.

Sorry, but this hotel smells of cigarettes... A/C was not working properly in my room.. wifi was very weak. The food was good, and room service was prompt. Location was convenient. It was clean, staff friendly...but the stale smell of cigarettes ruined my stay.... they have a no smoking sign on the front table as you enter, but very sadly not applied

Very comfy beds even better than home! Well located so easy to get around the city. For soft drinks walk down the road 100 yds as a tonic is 5jd (£approx £5.50) and a bottle of cheap plonk €50. Very helpful staff and lots of smiles and welcomes. Bathrooms could be better. Would I stay again? Yes. Just remember it is 3 star but at the better end of 3 star.

Booked this as a package from travel agency, so not my primary choice. Pros: easy access to airport, or any tourist spot to the west of Amman (Jerash, Madaba, etc.). perfect for last night before flying out of Amman. Good buffet spread, friendly staff, clean room; Cons: too far from downtown Amman (45-60 min by taxi). A bit rundown in the room facility, next to a Mosque with early morning calls, Interesting facts: it is in the middle of the Circassian enclave, if you are interested in their stories there is a cultural center nearby. if you walk around the pleasant neighborhood near the hotel, you will see kids with blue/green eyes and fair skin. There seems to be a spa next door which is quite popular with ladies Sat evenings.

The rooms were big and clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options for vegetarians. The staff was exceptional and very polite. I would highly recommend. There is a big supermarket close by which is an added convenience. The taxi service from the hotel to the city is also well prices (about JOD 5 from hotel to Rainbow street).
