Very kind staff. They know how to provide service and be attentive to customers. The room is very clean, and the toilet and shower look new. Reasonable breakfast. I didn't like the bed, I complained to the hotel staff and they promised to take care of the matter, but because my stay was short the matter was not taken care of. Overall a very good experience

The incredible staff make this hotel a 10/10! We booked an airport pickup/drop-off service for an additional charge, and it was absolutely worth it. The drivers were extremely friendly and provided great advice on exploring the city. The hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk to King Abdullah Mosque and a 5-10 minute drive to the old city downtown. I highly recommend booking the hotel's drivers not only for airport transfers but also for sightseeing. The team was incredibly helpful in getting us to all of our destinations. (Thank you to Umar, Ibrahem and the team!) We even had a last-minute issue where we needed to extend our stay, but the hotel was fully booked. The manager personally took us to his office and recommended similar accommodations nearby, ensuring we were taken care of. Overall, a fantastic stay at Kaya Hotel—I highly recommend it! I will definitely stay here if I return to Jordan.
