I honestly keep coming back every time for the value of service I get . And I stayed more than 6 times so far but I really noticed the difference of quality of the renovated rooms. They are excellent added value for the hotel all in all. As usual I'm very impressed with the welcoming and charming staff at the front desk and the Spa. I wouldn't find the same comfort in any other hotel
I am a frequent guest at the Holiday Inn Hotel in all its branches and in several countries, due to the wonderful welcome and reception by the reception staff, the speed of service delivery, the cleanliness of the rooms and especially the premium one .. For the prices it is suitable and I recommend going to this hotel
Had a layover in Amman for 27 hrs so we picked this hotel as we have an IHG membership. Compared to a lot of Holiday inn hotels in uk this one was a good surprise. Big and modern room and also all common areas. The only downside was the outside area, where the pool is, that it was left dirty and deserted. The personnel was very helpful specially Raneem and Khalil who helped us with transport and our reservation to a restaurant and also with our damaged travel bag.( It was vandalized at the airport). Thought we planned to visit the city center we felt so relaxed at the hotel that we stayed in until our departure to the airport. The free strong wifi was a big plus as well.
I came to Amman for business trip and stayed several days in Holiday Inn and was so surprised for the experience overall that I got here , cause my expectations were not so high before I came. Check in was smooth, however I was upset that couldn’t get king bed(My reservation was for twin) , but the team made it up for me by following up for my request. Breakfast was very nice and tasty, good variety of food. Room is clean and maintained. Special thanks for Moin from Cappuccino cafe for his hospitality and always checking on me, my stay and experience and for Mostafa Essa driver , who made an amazing trip around the Amman , and made me feel like home here. Definitely holiday inn Amman - will be my destination for next business trips . Aksinia
I Checked in in a non smoking room with conecting door ( NO PRIVACY ) despite of I am smoker !!!!!!!! , no preferences was offered upon check in . Room doesn't have enough towels , bathrobe the furniture needs to be renovated , hope next time be better This kind of hotel doesn't deserve to be one the IHG brand .
holiday inn hotel location is normal but service is very good I visited several time the holiday inn cafe in the robby. you can smoke in the cafe and desert is good also every time so nice. people was very kind and friendly and excellent service. thank you for your kinds.
The hotel is a little bit old fashioned, but overall the staff was really friendly, they got us a connecting room so that we could spare some time with oure "kids". The location is not perfect, given you are basically 7 Km from the center, but this is not a problem given the number of taxis waitning for you just outside the lobby. Ovearll we found the staty rather relaxing and defintely fit for our family.
I have been for two months in Holiday inn Amman. They promise me too many times for changing and get improved and upgrade my room but it just a lie. Very Bad almost in everything, Unprofessional Hotel Overused rooms, towels, bedsheets, etc. As a SPIRE member I couldn’t feel that this Hotel is a member of IHG group. I didn’t get any membership’s benefits as an IHG member. What I can say more, we talked to staff and managers, but nothing is changed. No privacy even with DND hang on the door. My clothes comes from the laundry worse than they receive. The balck shirts turn to yellow. They write my room number on the cloth, which cost me more than $100 per piece. I gave them a note but nothing changed, yes it changes to the worse.
We were at 11th floor. The view of the city from the room was superb. Service from the staff was fast as we had faulty water boiler. Although we stayed only a night after a long journey from visiting the Dead Sea and PETRA, the room was like home after the dinner at the hotel also.
I have been there for holidays along with family for a week's stay in December and I really liked this hotel. Its a really secure hotel and facilities and rooms were excellent. The service was exemplary... Location was convenient for me... lots of restaurants in the proximity.. I thank all HI staff for making this stay worthy and comfortable and my family really enjoyed the stay..
