My room looked brand new so my guess is that this place has been renovated recently. In any case, the accommodations were quite nice. The bathroom was stone with a walk-in shower. The style was modern. I was there for business and the hotel arranged for me to be met and picked up at the airport--very nice. I only ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and that was quite good with fruit, custom omelets, and a variety of fresh pastries. Internet was free. One interesting thing is that their wall outlets could handle a variety of plug arrangements including American so no adapter is needed. The clock radio had connections for phones so you could charge that way, too.

I returned to this property after 2 years. I was pleasantly surprised to have a room which was recently upgraded (compared to my previous stay). The room was on the 6th floor with new furniture / fixtures and a decent bathroom. Bed and room was very comfortable. My only (and probably major) complaint relates to housekeeping. In fact, the score for this review would have been 4 out of 5 if the property ensured the housekeeping staff focused on the following: Room cleaning is extremely poor. It was clearly visible that the room and furniture was not dusted (dust from the previous day was clearly visible). Bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Stains in the toilet bowl from the previous day remained. I also noticed one day that cleaning cloth was left in the toilet bowl when I returned to the room in the afternoon. Toilet and tissue paper was not replenished. I ran out of toilet roll and my tissue box finished. Coffee and tea supplies were not replenished - coffee and tea levels diminished throughout my 4 night stay. Please I urge Management to rectify this issue ASAP. It affects the overall experience if housekeeping does not pay attention to these matters.

Stayed here only one night, but honestly wish we could have stayed more! The hotel itself was very modern and clean, filled with great amenities, and in a nice location about 5-10 walk from a bunch of stores and restaurants. Big thanks to Majed who was very nice and as IHG members got drinks from the cafe and extra points onto our account.

This is described as a 5* hotel. Now this hotel is not that but that does not make it a bad hotel. A lot of effort has been made to keep the lobby presentable and well furnished however the same effort and attention to detail has not been applied to the hotel rooms. The rooms are in need of refurbishment with the carpets needing to be replaced and some of the bathrooms definitely needing to be cleaned and re-tiled. I believe work is being carried out on this with some rooms already being advertised as redecorated. The dining options are not really worth much saying about. Breakfast options are limited and dinner does not offer much variety either. Where the hotel does excel though is their customer care and service. The staff is attentive and do make every effort to cater to you. The rooms are of a decent size. The hotel has nice views and is close to amenities and restaurants. It is quite central so getting hold of transport is not an issue. As a school report might say, must do better.

Nice location in Amman, hotel rooms are large with a lrge bathroom but not clean enough Dirty carpet, filthy corners in the Bathroom and a smell. The food in the restaurant was Ok, not special but Expensive, ( but this is Amman it s even more expensive then Dubai
