Great stay, Friendly Staff

The staff at the Golden Hotel were extremely welcoming and nice to us. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. Thank you for everything. The location was minutes to the 7th Circle bus station, which was great for us.

Very run down. No customer service. People smoking everywhere in the hotel. Towels were down to threads. Only positive was it was quite and beds were comfortable. They had coffee and tea in thecroom but nothing to boil water in. I went down to tge desk because phone in room wasn't working and they said they'd bring a kettle up. Hours laterci went back down and they said they couldn't find one. Went downbto breakfast around 9am and there was little . They didnt restock. Would not stay again.

Een prima hotel om bij aankomst in Jordanië te verblijven. Niet veel te zien in de buurt. Ontbijtbuffet was lekker en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Parkeren kan op een parking aan het hotel. De kamer is wat gedateerd, maar proper en voorzien van koffie- en theefaciliteiten.
