Fantastic hotel and the staff was most helpful. Sama and Emad were excellent. I accidentally left an item in my room and they coordinated shipping it internationally. Overall, great hotel and experience!

A beautiful night spent at FIVE lounge at the Four Seasons! We were very fortunate to have the exceptional Abdullah as the one responsible for our table. He was careful to recommend the tastiest dishes & made sure that every detail is taken care of. He was extremely helpful and the ambiance is fantastic. It is really THE place to go for a chill night out, yummy food and friendly faces. Will definitely be back.
The staff were great, extremely attentive and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The facilities were great, especially the pool area and gym. Lobby Bar and resturants were expensive but good quality. I enjoyed my stay very much.
I stayed at the Four Seasons for a solo weekend to get away from people and have the weekend to myself. The Four Seasonsnis amazing and my family stays here whenever we visit Amman. The staff are all professional and kind and willing to help whenever about whatever. The facility is up to pristine condition and the food is fabulous. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting even if it's just for one night.
This hotel has truly impressed me like no other hotel! I will start with my last experience (after I left the hotel). They truly did something no other hotel would do, amongst the ones I have visited. After reaching the airport, I remembered that I have forgot my passport in my room! I called the hotel on my way back, and to my surprise the whole front office was waiting for me at the hotel entrance with my passport so I don't miss the flight! This is something I have not expected to happen. It is a very high season and those gentlemen really cared about my trip, even though it was my mistake. Rooms were very spacious, bathroom shower is very strong and high in pressure. All bathroom amenities are Argan Oil based. Breakfast is super good and staff are just perfect. I strongly advise you to include BF in your booking. All in all, it was a memorable experience, partially (a big portion) because of the hotel. Special thanks to the superman; Hani Abu Lafi. And big thanks to Tariq from front office and Mamdouh, the night in-charge.
My stay at the Four Seasons in Amman was fantastic. I was there on business for a couple weeks. I’m not a morning person, but I do recommend you make it to breakfast. The room was very nice, checking in/out was smooth, all staff were very helpful and friendly. There was almost nothing to complain about. The one thing is a little thing, but you never know how much a little thing can bother you until you go through it. On my second day of 14, I received a message from a local friend on my in-room phone. So the phone’s message light was blinking. I listened to the message, but could not get the light on the phone to go off. It stayed on for the rest of my trip – 13 more days. It was a minor irritant during the night, but what was more concerning was that I always had to check it to see if there were any new messages. I called the front desk a couple times, I asked the front desk a couple times as I came in and left for work every day. As I said, this was a very minor thing and by no means did it effect the overall splendid stay I had at this lovely hotel. I definitely recommend it.
I have been staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Amman for the past 2 weeks on business. I have booked a non-smoking room in which I have been staying for the duration of the 2 weeks. Well as it is, everything goes well until it doesn’t. Tonight, my non-smoking room filled up with cigarette smoke so bad it caused me coughing, and without dramatizing, I found it hard to breath, possibly due to a recent bad case of pneumonia. When one books a non-smoking room it’s usually for a reason. The reason however for this note to TripAdvisor is not because of one night of smoke in my room, likely by the indiscretion of another guest, but the way I was treated. My initial call to housekeeping was a friendly request to check who was smoking and “try to stop it please guys, and no, not necessary to call me back with an update, but please can you try to solve it, and all will be good, thanks very much”. It was not. After one or two more calls to housekeeping to please try and help, and with a promise that they would, the smoke was getting worst by the minute. I called again, and was now told with somewhat of an irritation in the voice that I was mistaken, there was no smoke on the floor, and the smoke most “must come from inside my own room”. Huh? The hotel security staff was sent to inspect my room, and as a smoker himself, he confirmed to me, yes indeed there was cigarette smoke in my room. That was the sum-total of attention I received. I thought to give it a while, but unfortunately, the smoke became unbearable. By midnight I called again, but by now I was treated with utter disdain, with a don’t care attitude, and the housekeeping manger raising his voice to me and basically telling me that it’s because I have my window open and the smoke was coming from outside from the deck! Is this the Four Seasons way, to blame your guest for smoke in their non-smoking room? No, the smoke did not come from the pool deck through my ‘open window’ which is 10 floors up (with no balconies). No, my window was not open. My window and my heavy curtains were all closed all night as it has been for the past 2 weeks every night, to keep the street noise and the Jordanian summer heat and dust out. The call from the night manager in the early morning hours to move me to another room, was too little too late. A sincere apology, a bit of kindness, and an offer to try their best to help me, or to bring me an extractor fan. . . anything at all, believe me, would have sufficed. But such disrespect?
This hotel is very high quality and worth the price. The amenities are plentiful and the hotel is so relaxing you really don't need to leave it. Should you choose to stay, ask for Mahmoud in the lower level restaurant. He provides the best service and he loves what he does. He is dedicated to his trade.
