Ok location but needs a good cleaning

The staff are better than what one comes to expect in the region but the building is not great. Rooms need a good cleaning and the breakfast is not worth the money.

Laut Internet hat das Hotel Au

Laut Internet hat das Hotel Austattungen (z.B. Pool, Fitnessraum, ...), von denen wir leider keins benutzen konnten, da es angeblich im Bau war. "Angeblich" deswegen, weil weder im Fahrstuhl noch in der Lobby Hinweisschilder angebracht waren. Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber, aber nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, was teilweise schon älter als meine Eltern war. Das Bad war klein, aber das ist in Ordnung. Es gab auch jeden Tag frische Handtücher, aber leider war der Schimmel in den Ecken nicht zu übersehen! Meiner Meinung nach, ist das Hotel den angegebenen Preis nicht wert zu bezahlen!

A rip off hotel, 4 stars is not real

It is really not a 4 star hotel, I have pictures for the rooms, in one there was human feces in the bathroom and the smell is crazy, the rooms are very old and need remodeling, I went there twice two months ago and yesterday and they were still doing maintenance on the fitness center, the front desk [...] at night will be watching p. movies all night and the owner of the hotel is only worried about making money, the towels were over used and dirty, there were spots all over the pillow sheets and bed cover, broken knobs, very dirty bathroom and mold on the wash tub, it is not even a one star hotel, this is a very fake hotel, I was stupid since I thought for the low price it would still be a great deal, it is not do not wast your time, [...]

just okay!

The hotel was a little old and thus, things were worn out, like the carpet but the bathroom was pretty claen and that means a lot to me. It seems that everyone in Jordan is a smoker and so the rooms are not separated into smoking and non-smoking. That's a little gross. It was not a bad location. Not much near it but we had a rental car anyways. Breakfast buffet was limited. Nothing like humous for breakfast! The staff was friendly and overall, it was a good place if you're not going to spend much time in your room. And make sure you check the fridge first because they may claim you took from it which happened to us at two different hotels in one week.

Is it really worth 4 stars?

The Location of the Hotel is decent and close by a nice classy shopping area. Hotel Entrance is Ackward and needs modification to facilitate entry better. The Staff are friendly. Internet service is not Free. Business center/Internet is from the stone age and has one desk top with dial up speed! Breakfast is missing one main ingridient: Juice. Over all, I would award it 3 stars. It has two halls to hold parties and that was impressive about this hotel. Recreational facility is very good. For short stay considering the night rate price, I would recommend it for sure.

well the hotel was ok, Everybody was really nice except for the front receptionist she was not really friendly everybody other than that was very nice. Also the manager for housekeeping she is a lady very rude kept opening my door without knocking, that was not nice. everything else was ok.

Very good service, and over friendly

Although there wasn't help to deliver the bags to the rooms at arrival time 1 AM!But overall, the room service was exceptional, the personell were very friendly and helpful.Location is perfect, however parking is a bit of an issue, if you don't drive, then you are super.close by mall, restaurants, dry cleaning, exchange..and virtually everything is needed.on the Sixth circle, easy to find a cap to take you anywhere in town!I've made friends from the staff, and know them by names.. they are excellent people!!! I would definately recommend this hotel!thanks to [...]: room service man,[...]: hotel night shift recieptionist[...]: Hotel Salon Hair stylistsand practically everybody was very friendly!
