I can’t stay in a hotel that still has a bathtub curtain. I spent one night there and the bed was comfortable and all, but it wasn’t an experience the matches the prices of the room and services provided. I checked out and i don’t know when the security deposit is going to be refunded to me. it’s been 5 days now.
The hotel is very good. Rooms are large, bed in comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and out is smooth and fast. Breakfast is excellent and Vienna cafe is good for a break. The only comment is the tile floor in toilet and at the room entrance are not clean and not mopped by the staff. Overall experience is very good and I would come back again
I love this cafe for the hospitality by the staff, I appreciate your staff Lanie for excellent service, For sure I will come again along with my Freind. Um Ali a delicious dish I ask . But their is one negative issue this questioner is too long and need time , I suggest to make short and simple in order to take more feedback about your services , thanks a lot.
Me and my girlfriend went to cafe vienna to have quality time together. The view from outside was great. We felt cold but its fine.. We still enjoy our night here.. We had a beer so we totally had our great time together. The staff are so nice.. Thank you for your warm service
Just want to share something with my lovely friend, we had a warm conversation in every story we share, it's because we have our Sisha together, and the cold night really become warm. This will always be my favorite place. Vienna cafe must visit! Thumbs up for a good service👍
Im a regular guest here in Vienna cafe, and they know me already, i sit here together with my friends having a good time, talking, taking selfies, and of course eating their specialties, i enjoy the most is the ambiance inside this restaurant.
I was part of a conference and stayed about a week so I got to experience most of the services of the hotel. First, the good news. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. For example, on check out, I had forgotten a charger in my room and it was quickly retrieved and brought down. The fitness centre is well-equipped and most services were working (except the sauna for a day or so). Food and beverage options were good but not exceptional; service tended to be slow for even simple sandwich items. Buffets were a better bet. Conference support was good except we had an audio (sound) problem in the room that could not be fixed. The room was well-appointed, clean and the bed was comfortable although a little soft for my liking. WiFi is faster than most 'free' services in my experience. My main complaint is that the main floor is a no-go zone for non-smokers much of the day. Non-smoking sections are completely ineffective. For one meal, the air in the 'Vienna' cafe was so fogged from various 'bubblies', I retreated to the lobby bar where it was marginally better. Smoke smell seeped into my room as well. The ventilation system simply cannot substitute for a non-smoking policy in all food areas. Really, it's 2017! This may be 'normal' in Amman but your non-smoking guests expect a little more respect for their health.
We went here long time ago, but it's refreshing, everything is new, everything change here in Vienna cafe, but the service still the best, the staff are very attentive, and all what we ordered was given with a smile, and of course the food is really what you called five star hotel. After that we had our special dessert red velvet, it's very nice. I enjoy the night with my partner, while sitting in a very comfortable couch.. thank you for assisting us!
