Staff were absolutely wonderful!! Hotel appearance is a bit run down . Our room was very run down, a few holes in the walls, floor by the bathroom felt like it was not real stable. Screen on window torn. The room was clean. Again , staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

Old facility. Room smelled like bleach, our room only had hand towels( no bath towels. ) Staff was very helpful. Bartender gave an amazing food recommendations . Food was excellent as well.

Problems checking in because of system issues. Check in was prolonged and long with multiple people waiting around for the release of rooms. Room wasn’t ready for occupancy but we needed to get ready for an event, so accepted without the finishing readiness. But when we returned it was complete.
