In addition, there is large family bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath and separate shower, along with a ground floor shower room.
here are two cosy sitting rooms, one with a wood-burning stove, a separate dining room with seating for 10, a fully equipped kitchen fitted in 2016, with a Stoves Range Cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and a utility/boot room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are excellent walks nearby and, just through the garden gate is the footpath that leads to Jenkins Crag and onto Wansfell and Troutbeck.
