Nice staff. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the last year. Property is starting to show signs of wear, but still comfortable and clean.
We checked in on a Monday and checked out on a Thursday and not once was our room cleaned. No housekeeping at all. Had to ask for extra towels, ran out of toiletries. There was absolutely no sign of housekeeping anywhere in the hotel.
The bathroom was awful!!

Bathroom was not clean. Tooth paste in the faucet and hair in the shower drain.
Great location. On the same road that leads to Palo Duro Canyon and next to a university. Canyon is a much nicer city to stay in than Amarillo. Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable. Only had a grab and go breakfast, due to COVID 19, but that can’t be helped. Would stay here again.
The hotel is literally on the same street as the entrance to Palo Duro Canyon State Park and only a 5-10 minute drive west of the park. The room came with a microwave and small refrigerator - super convenient during COVID so I brought my own food.

Good staff, but there was no hot water to take a shower with. I noticed the staff that morning, and they were unaware of it, and apologized.
This hotel was dog friendly for a nominal fee AND it was well kept. Some dog friendly places they let go to seed, not this one. Breakfast was decent too.
Nice hotel....we always enjoy staying there. My apologies to housekeeping for a great job. I'm embarrassed to say that I forgot to tip them. Please pass on what a good job they did.
Very close to WTAMU. Beds are firm. Staff was nice.
