Excellent Hotel. Highly recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The view from the balcony was magnificent. Short walk to the beach and shopping areas. It was conveniently located near a SITA Bus stop. I would definitely stay here again!
I've stayed in the most luxurious hotel in Positano that still has my heart (Villa Tre Ville) but it was closed for the season when I returned this year, and thankfully Eden Roc was available. I have another spot I can call home when I go back. Edon Roc has everything you need and then some. My junior suite was gigantic, with a king size bed, small living room, balcony with a sweeping view and Jacuzzi tub. The stocked mini bar comes with a price but it's a nice touch. The restaurant downstairs is excellent, and the employees can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is enormous and the chef will not allow you to leave hungry. Wine tasting in the evenings is delightful and for 18 EUR, you could almost make it your dinner. Everything I ate there was delicious. It's in the heart of Positano. You don't need a car here, just shoes that can handle hills and cobblestones. The only potential drawback is street noise if there are light sleepers in your group. It is right on the road and you can hear cars driving by from water facing rooms. Sunsets from the balcony are unforgettable, but head up to the rooftop and you'll fall in love. I imagine a stay here during Summer would be surreal. It's a beautiful spot.
Come, stay and savour this amazing luxury hotel experience! You will not regret sharing your vacation time in Positano at the Hotel Eden Roc. Tony will spoil you at breakfast to make sure you day starts off right and Carlo will ensure you select the correct wines to end your day. All of the staff will make sure your needs are not just met but exceeded!
While my room was very spacious, comfy, nicely appointed, and had a lovely view, the staff members are the true highlight of my stay. Every person I encountered was absolutely amazing. I was a last minute reservation when the airbnb I had originally booked to stay at in Napoli was in a less than desired neighborhood (my bad for not researching it better!), so the personalized service as I literally drove up, "You are Angie?" got me off to a great start. The initial tour was very thorough, which I appreciated. At breakfast, they were so friendly (loved the pain au chocolate he brought me :-) ) I feel horrible I didn't catch anyone's name to give them personal thank yous!!! I could not have asked for better service!
A lovely boutique hotel that goes above and beyond on the friendly meter...breakfast buffet lacks nothing...location is great for views and even though it is up on the hill, the walk down and back is fairly easy as there are no stairs to worry about. Bus stop just a few steps down the road. We enjoyed a spectacular November thunder and lightning storm from our deck sipping on the complementary prosecco!
The location of the hotel is great, the view is breathtaking! I can write about the hotel just the best. The staff were very kind and helpful. I had a beautiful room (416), clean, comfortable, big balcon, olso the bath with jacuzzi and massage shower. The food was very delicious, the breakfast buffet is very rich. Exceptional service throughout my stay. Thank you for the relaxing, nice days.
This is my first time in the area and I wasn’t sure what to expect but if other establishments come close to what the Eden Roc offers, I’m in for the trip of a lifetime. The moment I got out of my taxi my bags were swept away. I approached the front desk and check-in lasted about 3 minutes. My large room was an intelligent mix of modern and traditional with an expansive view of the sea. But the biggest surprise was dinner. I’m not a fan of hotel restaurants but the weather was cool and rainy so I decided to eat in. Well, the food at Adam and Eva was excellent! I had a pasta and a main and both were perfectly prepared and tasty - I wanted to lick the plates! The staff was warm and professional - (the bartender was terrific)helpful, and they seem to actually like dealing with the public. Thank you for a great start to my trip.
We stayed in a deluxe junior seaview suite with a terrace and hot tub. The view was so beautiful I clapped when I saw it. I loved this beautiful spot. Sunny in the afternoon. Gorgeous views. It really doesn't get better. Staff is extremely personable. Tony at breakfast is a treasure. I will forever remember him urging me to have another special cappuccino. Regarding the traffic below the rooms. This is actually a draw because you can watch the buses try to negotiate the narrow street. Absolutely no noise in the room
Spoiled to death! Expect to be spoiled by the staff! They went up and beyond their job titles to take care of us. Extremely friendly, warm, and sweet!!! Every single one of your request will be taken of up and beyond expectation! Ask and you shall received it! This trip was for my boyfriends birthday. They had a bday cake, flowers, and prosecco with a love note from him ready in the room when we arrived. We stood in the private villa across from the hotel. It was AMAZING!!! Our own apartment fully equipped with kitchen, 2 baths which work great for me and my boyfriend since I take hours to get ready lol, living room and dining room. The seller is the wrap around balcony, terrace overlooking the sea with a full unobstructed view! We sat here every morning to have our coffee and every night at sunset with a bottle of prosecco. We had a 2 week trip traveling Italy and ended our last week in Positano. Venice and Rome was full of tourist and overcrowded. We were looking forward to relaxing and chilling in our room sleeping in, ordering from service, and watching movies. Positano is perfect for this! Its a small little town cozy, private, and warm full of the authenticity of feeling like Italy. We had bad luck eating in italy, until we ate upstairs at the rooftop restaurant. FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We ate here EVERYDAY ;)) They setup some tours for us and it was amazing! Only complaint was the hard bed. Our backs were killing us by day 5. and in Italy they put two queen beds together to make a King size. Not use to that ha ha ha ha that was different. Special thank you to the crew who was during our stay!!!! We were spoiled! No joke! You"ll understand once you arrive! I will return here again!! This hotel is priceless! I am a RAVING FAN!
We stayed at the Hotel Eden Roc for our honeymoon last week. Can not say enough kind words about these guys! From the food, to the service, to the views from our balcony, everything was top notch. Things we particularly liked: The breakfast spread was really good, which was only eclipsed by the service provided by staff members. 5 stars. The pool deck has a really great view of Positano and if you get a chance you should check it out. Also they offered wine pairings for relatively cheap (18 euro) with 3 glasses of local red or white wine plus food (very reasonable). Would definitely recommend this hotel to guests!
