In the hamlet Spert 6 km from the centre of Alpago, in a quiet position in the residential district. Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn, swimming pool heated (2 x 3 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: sauna, relaxation room, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bus stop. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, riding stable 2 km, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Belluno 25 km, Valdobbiadene (DOCG wine region) 50 km, Treviso 69 km, Venezia 99 km, Lago di Santa Croce 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Alleghe 71 km, Cortina d'Ampezzo 77 km.
