Set just 20 m from the center, this traditional three-story home offers a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort in the heart of the Veneto region. The ground floor welcomes you with a large, fully equipped kitchen featuring a fireplace, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, and more, perfect for shared meals in the adjoining dining room. A cozy living/dining room with TV and seating area invites you to unwind after a day outdoors. Upstairs, the first floor offers three comfortable bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a single), plus two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A seating area and balcony or terrace provide lovely spots to relax and enjoy the mountain air. The top floor features a second open kitchen, a spacious living/bedroom with two double sofa beds, a dining table, play equipment, and a private bathroom, ideal for families or groups. Outdoors, enjoy a private garden with sun loungers, barbecue, and garden furniture. A high chair, camping cot, ironing board, and parking are also available. With lakes, ski areas, and trails nearby, this is a perfect all-season base for nature lovers, families, and adventure seekers alike.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 150,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
