This hotel was a delight to stay for two nights. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to medeu was an excellent addition. The lodge itself was nice and clean, comfortable and the breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch. We struggled to get the sauna working on the first night but this was fixed within minutes. The restaurant located on site whilst is aesthetically pleasing is not for everyone’s taste. Room serving options were good though. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would return.

Dear Qazaq Auyl Team, Thank you for the wonderful stay. My wife and I truly enjoyed every moment of our time at Qazaq Auyl. The location is absolutely amazing, and the cottage was far beyond our expectations. Honestly, we did not expect such a high level of comfort, facilities, and advanced technology. Everything was thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well maintained. The cottage was very clean, spacious, and cozy, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised that the minibar was free of charge, which was a very nice and generous touch. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience, and we would definitely love to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail.

酒店环境很棒，精致的小木屋，内部设施齐全，还有minibar免费使用，服务非常棒。酒店距离Medeo缆车站很近，可以步行到达，去Shymbulak滑雪很方便。另外酒店的饭店Auyl也非常棒，就是位子比较难定，可以提前和酒店联系帮忙预定。总体而言很好，推荐下次再来。
