This is a lovely hotel, in the heart of Almaty. We enjoyed our time here, all except for the two lengthy power outages that seem to be a common affliction here. All-in-all a pleasant stay with comfortable beds, a decent shower, and a wonderful breakfast.

Helpful staff and a good location. Have stayed twice, and both rooms had at least partial mountain views. Breakfast was great, with lots of options. Ceramic, rather than plastic, mugs in the room could have improved the experience.

It was perfect as we were most of the time out exploring, perfect to rest up enjoy the breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Room was decent size and same with the bathroom and shower

The hotel is in a very convenient location with beautiful views to the mountains, close to the Metro and restaurants, and within a 25 minute walk to museums, parks and other landmarks. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfasts delicious and the room very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms do not have a refrigerator and the hotel has a strict policy of charging you for an extra day (at a higher rate than paid online) for a late checkout of 5 hours, even after staying at the hotel for an entire week. The hotel has a comfortable lobby with a bar and snacks and access to fast WIFI. I will stay here again when I visit Almaty next year.

View from the room was good. Water in bathroom was in good temperature. Staff at reception could not be worse . They shifted the breakfast timing without letting us know and due to which we could not take breakfast before our flight. They shifted it by 1 hour 30mins. Sad reception staff.
