Хозяин отвечал достаточно быстро, с коммуникацией проблем не было. Район удобный — рядом есть продуктовый магазин и несколько мест, где можно покушать. В квартире также есть стиральная машина, что было удобно. Однако чистота квартиры сильно разочаровала. Мебель уже изношенная и явно требует обновления. Посуда была грязная, ванная комната и душевая кабина — старые и уставшие. Постельное бельё плохого качества и не подходит по размеру. Шторы находятся в ужасном состоянии — первая тюль практически чёрного цвета от грязи, похоже, её не стирали с момента, как решили сдавать квартиру. С хорошей уборкой и небольшим обновлением квартира могла бы быть гораздо лучше.
