Only 12 minutes from Fairplay and 35 minutes from the slopes in Breckenridge, this luxurious mountain home situated beneath the grandour of 13K and 14K foot peaks (Democrat, Cameron, Lincoln, Bross), boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a second story main living space with 2 walls of windows looking out on nature's beauty. It's the intersection of a mountain chic couples retreat and family fun!
The space
The cabin features 2 bedrooms (one king size bed and one queen size bed), a large living room surrounded by floor to ceiling windows looking out on the forest, with views through the pines of Mt. Bross and Mt. Lincoln as well as a large, flat screen TV and high speed WIFI to connect with streaming services to stay connected with the outside world. Guests will have the convenience of a fully updated kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, and countertop dishwasher. A wood burning stove keeps guests warm and cozy after a day of mountain fun. In addition, a game room stocked with cards, board games, puzzles, and electric piano offers indoor entertainment of all ages. Finally, a deck with outdoor dining space and gas grill provides the perfect locale for a hot cup of coffee or a meal in the fresh mountain air.
