"Jaime at check-in was absolutely wonderful. I spoke with the GM, Charles, the next morning to get change for the vending machine, as they only accept single dollar bills. During our interaction, I expressed how wonderful Jaime was. Charles and I carried a brief, but very pleasant conversation. Upon return to my room, it smelled just a tad bit odd. I inspected the air filters (2) and they were absolutely disgusting. In my opinion, they haven’t been cleaned for months. I breathe that into my lungs; so I cleaned both filters myself. I have photos before/after. The morning after that, I came down to level one, as soon as the elevator doors opened, I got an instant toxic blast of nicotine smoke in my face and quite literally had to hold my breathe. I came down the elevator furthest from the front desk. One door says 1st level and the other door says pump room. Both doors were wide open. I did make a complaint to front desk, where a female staff member said she would take care of it immediately. I felt she truly cared, as I could sense the irritation from her that I had to experience that from her employees. On the final day of my stay, I called front desk to request a 1 hour checkout extension. I spoke with Charles who made comments such as; “I know the girls need to get the rooms cleaned” “how much time do you need?” I requested 12 noon where I got the response “well give you until noon”. At that time, I felt like an inconvenience and unwelcome at Comfort Inn. I left at 10:45am. "

"We stayed for three nights and found a few positives but many drawbacks. The staff were very kind and helpful, and our teens enjoyed the pool despite the water being quite cold. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dated and had several issues, including a strong odor similar to a wet dog, a wall light hanging from the wall, 2 locations where artwork was clearly removed, a rusty bathroom light fixture, and mold around the tub. Breakfast was poorly managed due to the large number of guests as there were multiple large groups staying. Items were empty and not replenished, and the food we did try wasn’t good, so we chose to eat elsewhere afterward. The pool was colder than expected, and younger children were noticeably shivering. We also requested a late checkout due to a 6 p.m. flight, but the only option offered was noon (one extra hour) for a $15 fee, which wasn’t very helpful compared to other hotels. Thankfully, the front desk staff were kind enough to let use leave our luggage behind the counter while we went across to the strip mall to kill time before catching an Uber to the airport for a 6pm flight as we had to be out of our room by noon."

"Room was clean, staff was very friendly, only issue/inconvenience I had was that the ice machine on my floor did not work - other than that everything was great. Pretty convenient location as well!"
