My wife and I stayed one night. We were in town to check out the antique mall and a good rate was offered, so we stayed here. We didn't pay that much more than another area hotel, and it was well worth it. The room was clean, plenty large enough, huge shower and I believe every room is a mountain view. We stayed in a non smoking room but they must be next to eachother because on occasion we would smell cigarettes but it dissipated pretty quickly and the smell didn't linger that long into our room. We don't gamble so we didn't use the casino. We did eat at the Italian restaurant though and the prices were very reasonable. They didn't "get us" because we were in a casino. We looked at the buffet, and for $30something it seemed worth it, but we opted for a more sit down restaurant. We would 100% stay here again. Staff was very pleasant as well

Hotel is amazing, loved the jacuzzi and pool area. Hotel was clean with a wonderful view. Loved that they offer complimentary valet parking. They have like four restaurants to eat at, the Cafe food was amazing. Definitely will be coming back.

My Favorite people are Angie, Megan, Annamieke, , Salvatore right off the bat! Justin , Nathan , and Rich( who goes by Phil in my head?) Pedro and Kenya In the steak house upstairs, must be visited. Two wonderful people. Kenya has a smile that will make you feel so good you will wonder if she is an Angel. Pedro is so kind, and Professional you will compare yourself to him and realize he is better than you, and you will like him anyway! Mercedes( Sadie) at Toscano is personally responsible for one of the best nights in my girlfriends and my 7th. Anniversary. She helped me so much for my surprise that I have been singing her praises nonstop Sence September 15th. Because of these people, we have come back to this hotel and stayed over 30 days in 2 ish months. That is a testament to good service. If you meet Natalie, you will want to hug her, ask permission first. Consent is real. Nikiya, whose name I just destroyed , works in the casino is friendly, fast, funny, gorgeous, and shows all the she maybe small , but she be powerful. Her personality is as beautiful as her smile, and that is one of gods gifts to mankind. You want to to her over and over just hoping you see it more! Angie, Angie, Angie at the front desk is what started all of this. Mercedes sealed it. I admire all these people. If you have anywhere to visit in the USA and want to feel cared for, these people make Alleghany the place!

I cannot begin to describe the amazing people at this resort and hotel. Angie, Megan , Annemieka are not just friendly, intelligent and gorgeous , but all show kindness to each customer there. Angie was patient and brilliant taking care of me because I am a horrible client and she still handled my issues like we were long lost friends. A huge shout out to Courtney too, professional, quick answers, and very well versed in all aspects of the front desk experience. She is a force of nature. Salvatore, Thomas, and new hire Yorda are all great guys with Dempsey being a huge character too, all at that valet counter. ( Karen is there late at night, but Karen is her name, not her attitude!) Sports betting, Justin , Nathan, Rich are such kind and amazing gentlemen I sometimes forget I am a senile old fart and talk to them too much. They are always gracious. They are the reason I don’t feel bad when I lose, and I keep coming back. Jordan, and Artie are very very helpful on the slot machines, taking care of issues quickly, did I mention I am a problem customer? Upstairs, Toscano has Sadie ( Mercedes) working there, This amazing young woman single handedly made my anniversary the hit that 25,000 tic tok viewers watched and or commented on. She is as perfect an employee as I have ever met. Natalie works there as a waitress, comedian, best friend, smile model. ( all that and a bag of chips) the wheel house?? Steak house has Kenya, super hostess and Pedro the gentleman manager.

This was our first time in this area. It was easy to get to from Cleveland. The drive was beautiful. The location was clean and easy to get around. The casino was nice and open with lots of gaming choices. The steak restaurant was amazing! Hubby said best steak h3 has had in years. The room was a single king. Huge room with an amazing view of the mountain. We will definitely be back!
