Rooms were clean and comfortable. Balcony views were great. Parking could have been better as very few designated parking spots so we had to park a long way from the hotel. Overall though it was a lovely place.

I'm biased toward this property. Everytime I visit, the staff are friendly, everything is as arranged and the presentation is always good. I've got to pass through the area again later next month so I'll be staying there again for preference.

We came to Perth, from a reasonably close regional location, for medical reasons. The trip had to be organised quickly so price options were not great. This place was reasonable and the view of the marina and surrounding waters and homes is fantastic. Good walking tracks nearby, cafes and restaurants and plenty of parking.

The balcony view was absolutely beautiful, however rooms are very dated and although the bed was comfortable, because there is a big gap under the bedroom door which leads directly to outside it didn’t allow bugs to come in, two of which I found in my bed.
