Steel sink with hot and cold water, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, 2 bathrooms with toilet, shower, bidet, sink with hot and cold water, dishes are abundant, as are glasses. The house has a very cozy atmosphere due to its furnishings and fittings. The sleeping arrangements have German sizes and standards., You have the option of accessing the terraces, the garden and the balconies from all rooms through sliding glass doors, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the charming natural landscape. You can cater for yourself or make use of the numerous restaurants in Vale da Telha and the surrounding area.

Das Haus ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht den vorliegenden Bewertungen. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Hunde, die fast die ganze Nacht bellen. Die Umgebung ist schön und der Pool sehr gut gepflegt.

Die Lage des Hauses war ein Traum, ebenso wie der Garten und der Pool. Einmal joggte ich vom Haus in den angrenzenden Wald und stand nach 10 min hoch oben auf den Klippen am Meer- wunderschön! Das Rauschen konnten wir nachts oft hören!Die Einrichtung des Hauses war wie schon in anderen Kommentaren erwähnt etwas altbacken und abgewohnt, was uns jedoch nicht störte, da wir die meiste Zeit im Freien verbrachten. Eine kleine Grundüberholung würde dem Haus dennoch guttun. Manche Fenster klemmten oder ließen sich nur schwer bzw gar nicht komplett schließen. Manches ist ein wenig provisorisch. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit in der Gegend, die Ruhe und den überschaubaren Tourismus sehr genossen!

Das Haus, der Garten sowie das Swimmingpool waren wunderschön, gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wir haben alles gefunden, dass wir gebraucht haben. Das Haus liegt in perfekter Lage für verschiedene Ausflüge in Südportugal, einschliesslich Sandstrände in der Umgebung. Man muss nur damit rechnen, dass alle Ziele nur mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut, sie haben uns alle notwendigen Informationen übermittelt, sie waren sehr behilflich. Wir können dieses Objekt empfehlen, wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht.

Casa a necessitar de atualização

A casa necessita de uma reforma e de uma limpeza geral, pois estava cheia de aranhas e as janelas e portadas já não eram limpas a muito tempo. O jardim até é bonito mas tem que ser arranjado e a piscina é boa. O espaço onde a casa está inserido é bom, mas é necessário carro.

Schönes großes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Juli/August 2019 in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig am Rande einer großen, aber sehr angenehmen Ferienhaussiedlung, die an ein Naturschutzgebiet grenzt. Man hat nur einen direkten Nachbarn auf der rechten Seite. Alle anderen Seiten sind unbebaut. Das Haus selbst bietet mit vier vollwertigen Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, großem Wohnzimmer, Küche und Wintergarten sowie großen Terrassen sehr viel Platz. Da wir nur zu viert waren, hatten wir überreichlich Platz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich denken kann. Die Elektrogeräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Den Gasherd empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Ich reise sonst gerne mit einigen eigenen Küchenutensilien. Hier hatte ich im Vorfeld ein gutes Gefühl und habe nichts mitgenommen. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Es war von ordentlichen Pfannen bis hin zum Eierpieker alles vorhanden. Da wir am Anfang ein paar Tage mit mehr Wind hatten, haben wir gerne im Wintergarten gesessen. Der Garten ist wirklich etwas für Pflanzenliebhaber und das bei dieser Trockenheit. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Er wird einmal in der Woche gereinigt und hat eine sehr ordentliche Größe und ist sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief von Anfang an sehr freundlich. Mails werden sofort beantwortet . Man erhält schon gleich nach der Buchnung sehr umfassende Informationen zu Haus und Umgebung sowie praktische Tipps. Und auch später kurz vor der Anreise erhält man noch einmal Informationen. Insgesamt würden wir dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Hübsches Haus mit Pool und wunderbarem Garten

Hübsches Haus, grosszügiges Grundstück und wunderschöner Garten. Wenige Fahrminuten zum Monte Clerigo Surfstrand. Gut eingerichtet und alles Nötige vorhanden. Schnelle Reaktion bei defektem Duschschlauch. Herrliche Felsklippen zu Fuss erreichbar.

Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool

Hervorzuheben ist der wirklich bezaubernde Garten - wir haben gern auf der Terrasse gesessen. Der Pool ist sauber und groß. Die Umgebung ist herrlich für all jene, die es ruhig mögen und nicht auf Massentourismus stehen. Auto ist Pflicht, damit man all die schönen Restaurants, Städtchen, Berge und Strände ansehen kann. Wir waren im Oktober hier, mit ausreichend warmer Kleidung für draussen. Aber bei 16° im Haus wollten wir abends den tollen Kamin zum aufwärmen nutzen. Auf Nachfrage sollten wir mit einem Ölradiator den Wintergarten beheizen (zzgl. 25 Cent/KWh). Erst nach einer weiteren Anfrage wurde uns Zugang zum Feuerholz ermöglicht. Hier wäre es schön gewesen, wenn uns der Vermieter den Holzschuppen ohne extra Nachfrage bereits am Urlaubsbeginn geöffnet hätte. Mankos: Geruch im Haus, vor allem aber im Wintergarten war unangenehm, Zustand der Möbel und Matratzen sowie Sauberkeit der Duschen aufgrund des Alters, Sauberkeit der Küchenutensilien (Pluspunkt: hier war alles ausreichend vorhanden), kein WLan . Mobile Daten funktioniert super, bringt einfach genügend Datenvolumen mit, wenn ihr auf Internet nicht verzichten wollt.

Super Lage, tolle Strände

Das Haus liegt sehr nah an mehreren richtig tollen Stränden. Die Lage ist also fast unschlagbar. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, wo man wirklich alles bekommt, was man braucht. Essen gehen kann man auch sehr gut in nur 5 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto. Durch die Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet hatten wir leider ziemlich viele Mücken, was insbesondere abends das Draußensitzen fast unmöglich machte. Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, diverse Kochartikel, da hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist eher zweckdienlich und ziemlich altbacken! Die Matratzen bekommen auch einen Punktabzug! Kommunikation mit Vermietern lief einwandfrei.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Familie mit Surfkurs

Die Nähe zum MissionToSurf war für unseren Junior optimal. Nette, geräumige, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Garten und als Top der Pool. Auto ist notwendig um die schönen Stränden oder auch Lagos und Umgebung zu erkunden. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter!
