The room looked very old! I was disappointed! We checked in on 10/16 on 10/17 we were gone for the day and they never came in to clean, make beds,or replace towels and wash clothes! Which we only got 2 of! How do you not replace towels and clean up the next day! So that night I complained and they said we will get tomorrow and received some towels! Well they cleaned on the 18th sort of! Never vacuumed. At that point I didn’t bother having them clean because it wasn’t worth it! I went out and bought Clorox wipes to clean remote& phone& high touch areas! There was something on the light fixture in the bathroom! Just disappointed because I thought being part of Hilton it would have been a pleasant stay!! I didn’t expect the low level of cleanliness that I received!

It was an average stay. It was close to the places we wanted to visit. Free breakfast was decent. We decided on this location for the pool access. Love the pool. The water was warm and comfortable. We were the only ones that used it. When we checked in the room was cool and perfect A/C temp. The couch and bed however was not comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly.

During breakfast, the worker watch me make my plate. I put it on the counter behind my coffee and went to get a cup of water. She threw my plate away and left my drink drinks. So I then had to get back in line and wait for my breakfast.
