I was only there from Friday night to Monday and in that time my room key deactivated 4 times. The front desk attendant is never actually there. Get ready to wait for them to come back. Seems like they’re expected to do many other tasks in addition to watching the desk. I was happy to find that my room had a kitchenette but there were no utensils or anything. Not 1 plate to microwave my leftovers. All I can say is the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was really good.

The kitchen had no plates, cups, silverware, pots, or pans. Every drawer and cabinet was empty. Having a range and microwave, I would assume that the hotel would provide utensils for their use.

Took the front desk lady over 10 mins to come out of her office to check me in. Reeked of pot. I booked an accessible room and did not get that. In addition, the ice maker didn't work and two of the three ceiling lights didn't work. I asked for a refund for the next night, as I wasn't going to stay and was unable to get the refund. Such a bummer. I always choose MY PLACE when I go out of town. This time it was a huge disappointment.

Parking was easy anc secure. Great location for Beaver valley activities. Staff werefriendly. We had a kitchenette but no ammenities... flatware or dishes or glasses... sone were availabke from the front desk. Overall good value and good fresh coffee in the lobby.

This was a basic hotel. Many trucks in the parking lot. Many workers. Except for for someone talking on get phone in hallway in Spanish for quite a while, it was not really noisy when the fan was on full.

No one at the desk for check in. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Shower was so dirty we couldn’t imagine using it. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned in some time and the room stunk. Very disappointing stay. Do not be fooled by the good reviews.
