Just a one night treat for my birthday but could not have spent it at a better place. On arrival the staff were very courteous and efficient. Parking was readily available and easily accessible. We had lunch at the tapas bar in the court yard and it was exceptional, probably the best tapas I have had to date. Waiter was excellent and even produced a free desert with candle when the bill was requested. Pool on the roof was more than adequate and the views over the city were stunning. Adjacent cocktail bar provided a good starting and finishing venue pre and post dinner. We actually dined out but I’m sure that the food in the hotel restaurant will not have disappointed and I will visit again to give it a shot. On check out we were allowed to leave the car for the day while we took in the sites. A must visit even if it just to eat.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this establishment until. I had my room cleaned and a pair of luxury headphones was taken . I was told on my checkout. Date I would here something back from the manger I was promised that if the headphones weren't found that they would send me some which was a lie I had notified them about the situation before leaving the country and my details was taken for no reason Which leads me to believe that they were stolen as members of staff are dishonest I regret staying at this establishment and spending my money on treatments as they don't value there customers. All I was offered was an upgraded room on my next stay even though I was promised that if headphones weren't found that they would be replaced considering I spent over £500 on treatments in this hotels spa.

This is regarded by many of the locals as the best hotel in Alicante. As a family of five, we stayed in the family suite which were two adjoining rooms with the main door in common. The room doors could be left open to communicate them into a suite. The rooms were very spacious within the European standards. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were spacious. There is not a doorman or bell boy, which can make it hard to load and unload luggage when arriving or leaving. Loading and unloading is done from the street if space is available or inside their parking lot. Everyone is very pleasant and polite. I would not categorize the hotel as a true five-star hotel, but would definitely stay there again as I also agree, it's the best in Alicante.

We stayed for seven nights and enjoyed the convenient location, close to all the restaurants, shops but only ten minutes from the beach. This is an old building with lovely arched windows and balconies which you can see outside but inside everything is in the minimalist style but with the benefit of high ceilings. We enjoyed sitting in the library area where they had a couple of higher chairs and it was peaceful. From first welcome drink to checking out, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, deserving special praise as others have mentioned. Breakfast was delicious with an excellent choice and you could order freshly cooked items as well as the buffet. We were upgraded to a superior room which was spacious and kept extremely clean with comfortable beds. However, being a city centre, it was very dark and we had to keep the curtains closed as the room looks straight into another across the narrow street. We also suffered from quite a lot of noise problems at night as the double glazing is ineffective and there are street restaurants, parades and revellers into the early hours. The sliding toilet door and shower handles were a pain to use. The rooftop pool area was nice and there was only one day when I couldn't find a sun lounger. We ate good food at the tapas bar and enjoyed the complimentary drink. Thank you. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for its great service but be aware of the night time noise if you want to balance some sleep with enjoyment.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. We had a superior room which was enormous with a balcony that looked over the street front - you would expect it to be noisy but not at all. The bed is super comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and the location superb. The tapas bar downstairs is also fantastic and the staff there were happy to make drinks that were not on the drinks list. Delicious tapas as well! Good breakfast spread, and you can also choose off the menu if you prefer at no additional charge. The only slight disappointment was the pool - the roof top is cute but much smaller than we expected and there aren't a lot of pool chairs. But, having said that, it's a small matter and the rest of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again - it's a really lovely hotel.

We stayed only one night, sadly, but everything about this hotel was five stars for the day and night we stayed there. From reception, being offered a cup of coffee, to being shown to the room where luggage was waiting, to a smooth checkout early next morning. We'd certainly like to return, if possible for a longer stay. Bear in mind that some rooms look onto the street and sound insulation could be better. And they didn't do turndown service - not that it was actually needed, but given the extreme level of service, I'd half expected it.

From check in to check out, the service was excellent. Superior room that was clean and furnished to a high standard. Staff are attentive, polite and friendly. More expensive than other hotels in Alicante, but definitely worth the difference.

We visited for a 3 day minimoon as this was a quick and easy destination for us. I had liaised with the hotel prior to our visit to arrange flowers for my new wife. When we arrived the check in was smooth and friendly. We got to our room and the flowers were there as arranged (they were beautiful), they also kindly left a bottle of cava for us which was thoughtful. We hadn't arranged to have breakfast as we wanted to have breakfast overlooking the sea. The first morning I phoned down for room service (pot of tea) which was a bit of a struggle as I had to phone 3 times before anyone answered, the same happened the next day which was a little frustrating. When they did arrive it was lovely. The pool area is very small but then you are only a 10 minute walk to the beach so it wasn't an issue. The location is superb, near to the shops as well as the seafront and prom. The room was clean and spacious with fresh linen daily. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location close to everything. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We arrived early from the UK and after a welcome glass of cava our room was ready for us. Our room was very spacious with two juliette balconies overlooking the street. There is a very lively bar opposite but I didn't hear any noise at night. We ate tapas in the hotel restaurant which was lovely and we also enjoyed the Bbq on the roof terrace one night, fantastic T-bone steak. I'm not sure why the hotel doesn't promote this more as we didn't know it was even there but happened by chance to read about it on the website. There is a lovely roof terrace with bar and indoor pool. We didn't have a problem getting a sun lounger but not sure if it is the same in the busy months. Breakfast was good with cava and we could eat outside in the atrium !

The service provided by the staff at this hotel is highly polished & top drawer. We recently stayed for 4 nights with our toddler. We were a little apprehensive about how our 2yr old would be received at this hotel, however we really need not have worried, as the staff here are the epitome of professionalism, meaning that everything we could possibly require was catered for with total ease, which we find can only be achieved in hotels when the team are genuinely so good & capable at what they do. The room was very comfortable, attractive, spacious & pleasant to stay in & cleanliness was excellent & maintained throughout our stay to a very high standard. We are also pleased that we booked our stay inclusive of breakfast, as it really is so varied, delicious & from juice/water all the way through to the various food items, of the highest quality. Equally, our toddler was made to feel so welcome in the breakfast room, that he even started greeting the breakfast service team each morning, as he would greet family members - evidence again of a very impressive level of service. The pool & roof terrace area is really lovely & we made time to enjoy this on each day of our stay. Great views, whilst enjoying a swim or the water jets etc. The temperature of the pool water is slightly cool, but once you get beyond the initial shock, it is very refreshing!. I also booked a treatment at the spa, which was thoroughly enjoyable & once again, done to a very high standard. On the day we checked out, our flight was not until very late in the evening & for an additional fee we were able to extend our room check out until 18:00, which was greatly appreciated. This hotel is a real 'find' & the service level that the staff provide is excellent. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Thank you to all team members for a great short break!.
