Bedrooms:
Our cottage boasts three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Cozy up in the master bedroom, which offers serene waterfront views and a plush queen-size bed. The second bedroom has been curated for kids and features 2 single beds and a tv. The third bedrooms is equally inviting, featuring a comfortable queen size bed for a restful night's sleep.

Bathrooms:
You'll find 2.5 bathrooms for your convenience. The full bathroom on the upper level offers modern fixtures, while the half bath on the main level provides extra convenience for larger groups.

Living Space:
Relax and unwind in the open-concept living area, adorned with stylish furnishings and large windows that frame stunning views of the lake. Kick back on the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV, or simply bask in the natural light pouring in.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. Go Ice fishing on Raven and Deer Lakes or snow mobile on the many trails and stop at Dorset for warm drinks and scenic views. Eagle’s Nest is fully winterized for an array of winter activities. Relax in the hot tub, hike the forests on crown land or bird watch the many species (especially blue jays and cardinals) that call the surrounding forests home. Nestle up to the electric fireplaces or light a bonfire in one of the two outdoor fireplaces. Bord games galore and unlimited internet via Starlink provide toy with several TV options. Bring a snowsuit and enjoy the Canadian outdoors/winters in this spectacular outdoor oasis.

Entire cottage is yours!

Hot tub is accessible October 1 to 31 May. Please access the hot tub from the basement walkout via the lower deck

The Neighborhood:
Dorset City Center is 15-20 min drive away. Has a general store that has all home essentials including groceries as well as an LCBO nearby. Souvenir stores, coffee shops, restaurants Dorset has it all.

Getting Around:
Driveway parks 5 cars. Local garbage disposal is located on the main road near valuMart lumber. Tourist lookout tower is popular and Algonquin Provincial Park is 30 min drive away

Other Things to Note:
Hot tub is available October 1 to May 31

Off road vehicle and winter tires strongly recommended during winter months to access cottage via private road.

Dishwasher instructions: Open door, load cascade dishwasher pack, turn on power button, press “quick rinse cycle”, then press start button, close door.
