Visited for the second time and not disappointed fantastic resort with excellent friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. My husband celebrated his 50th birthday while we was there and the resort sent him a bottle of fizz with fruit and chocolate dip, it was a lovely surprise. Would highly recommend and definitely return again.

Great accommodation and wonderful food and drink. The staff are exceptionally friendly and can't do enough for you. The resort offer a free transfer to the old town Both dropping off and picking you back up. Which is great, The selection and quality of food throughout the day is amazing. Steam room and sauna are a great way to unwind. Don't want to recommend this place as I want to keep it a secret to myself.

Great location for families with young children, not so great for active couples. It's very sleepy resort. There isn't much to do. 1. On arrival around 13:30 hours we were informed check in is at 16:00hours, we had to wait around the hotel for a good 3 hours before we received the keys after a very early morning flight. Never experienced this before. 2. Lovely little villa with beautiful views and two single beds joined together. We complained about this and were told we didn't specify and that it was be only villa available. We thought at least we can use the sofa bed in the lounge. Watch tv and fall asleep as there was no tv in the bedroom. Got it completely wrong. The sofa bed was not cleaned after the last guest. It has all manners of things on it. We could not sit on the sofa after the discovery. 3. They were false advertising the prices of their lunches. On one board they had the price for lunch as 15€ on another for 10€ . On entering he restaurant the hostess said "we usually charge 15€ but for today only 10€ " price didn't make a difference because we were hungry it was just the deceit. Overall I wasn't wowed by this resort. We had to wait for our keys for hours whiles other received their instantly. The curly hair receptionist was very rude and unfriendly. Border line aggressive. A big thank you to the other gentle man at reception for helping with our train arrangements. I wouldn't recommend this resort!!

My brother, my wife and I travelled to algarve and we enjoyed ourselves here. We don't eat meat so we didn't have the best of times with food However we enjoyed ourselves here. There is a shuttle bus going to town regularly and it was a good walk. I would recommend this place but I don't think I would return due to the bar location. The room was amazing.

Only went for three nights with my daughter, apartment was lovely, very big and had everything you needed. Restaurant was very basic not much selection for vegetarians,we struggled to find something to eat other than chips but they did cook me a vegetable burger which was nice. Indoor swimming pool was small and cold.Did not like the fact you had to wear a swimming cap which we had to pay five euro each for. Shop was expensive but the shuttle bus takes you into the old town four times a day and you can find everything you need from there for cheaper, the old town is lovely and the beach is very nice. Staff are lovely and are always asking if your okay and if you need anything. Entertainment at night is rubbish and the Apple bar is tiny for the size of the complex. Lots of kids running around and very noisy. Overall the the price we paid I would return

Just back from The Eden Resort ,we had a 2 bedroom villa and 2 x 1 bedroom apts they were superb the villa had 3 toilets one downstairs and 1 in each of the bedrooms,we were all inclusive the food was lovely all cooked perfectly, great choice even the fusiest of eaters like myself would find something to eat, Aircon/heating in living room and had everything you needed right down to a dish towel, hand blender toaster ect you could easily go self carteing, maid service 5 days a week with fresh towels ect there is also a iron board and iron the sauna and steam room and indoor pool was great as we had some rain so went there take a shower cap with you as you need this for the indoor pool they sell them in the shop for 5 euros each but if you have a few children would be costly get them from poundland before you go. The apple bar is small we had a few drinks in there and headed back to the villa, the village shop is very pricey lidl and aldi are 10 mins away walking even get supplies and get taxi back for about 3,30 euro, the shuttle bus we used once we walked down right in to the old town took about 20 mins down and 40 back up next day we got a taxi for 6 of us just under 6 euro, staff all round this compex where lovely the grounds are kept spotless coulend fault it in any way,we had a fab time and would love to visit again ,enjoy your trip,

We got a good deal for the 4 of us (2adults, twin 3yr olds) mon-fri in their half term. The food was fantastic and all inclusive made life easy. Almost all the staff were top rate. The shuttle service to town (1.5km) was popular which meant for a few waits for the queues. The outside pool was just too cold for my kids - toted as 9°C but only the brave few went in. The indoor one was 27° but felt way colder, managed maybe 10mins total but kids liked warm shower and sauna. One outside pool closed. Park was small. Pond was full of fish. Villa was massive and decent kitchen and parking (neither needed for us). Nice area. Nice local beaches. Just a shame about pool temps but food and staff great.

The resort is beautiful the flats are a good size the staff are so nice too Very friendly and helpful flats could do with a bit more info such as how to use the cooker air con kitchen could do with some more utensils maybe a starter pack coffee tea milk sugar the shop is a bit expensive and not a lot of stuff in it breakfast was nice I will definitely go back again

Beautifully arranged villas and apartments about 20 minutes walk from Albufeira in a quiet area surrounded by countryside. Staff are friendly and helpful, our apartment was spotless and spacious. Food was varied and tasty. We went all inclusive and were very impressed. Just the place to have a relaxing break. Only disadvantage was the noisy bar area as only one is open in February- plastic seats, chilly and echoey. Everything else was great.

We were a group of 3 women and booked a 3 bed villa. We arrived in the afternoon had a quick checkin by lovely staff. Our villa was just across from the main building. The villas are beautiful, very spacious and clean. There is a big outdoor pool but we did not use it as it was March and still a bit chilly. All the staff were good to deal with. We chose the all inclusive option and we were glad we did as the food was lovely. There was not a huge selection but what they had was delicious. The annoying thing was snacktime when they had a little table in the bar with a server who gave small amounts of food so you'd have to go back up which is a little embarassing as the table was directly under the tv. The drink selection was good and included cocktails mmm We were only here for 3 nights. As said in many reviews there was no hot water so you had to work yourself up to having a shower :-) I have read recently they are carrying out works to fix this. If they did I would happily return with my family. Albufeira old town is a gentle 15 minute walk away downhill and only €10 taxi back up.
