Apartment with sea view 10 minutes walk from the beach with swimming pool

Ideally a 10-minute walk from the beach, in a building with a swimming pool. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with views of the sea and the building's swimming pool.

The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, living room facing south with a balcony. The balcony has a table and chairs, where you can have a meal overlooking the sea.

Careful cleaning. Towels and kitchen towels, blankets, blankets and pillows are provided. We also provide sheets and bathroom towels, 1 set per person, with weekly change. Complimentary gel and toilet paper roll are left, replacements are not made during the stay.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, fridge, hand blender, coffee machine and washing machine. The coffee machine is a Dolce Gusto.

Possibility of providing a baby travel bed, please inform us in advance of the need, there is no additional cost.

The apartment has windows with thermal and sound protection, for greater comfort.

The building has 3 elevators and daily cleaning of common areas.

The communal swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers. Access to the pools will be done in accordance with the access rules defined by the Condominium.

The building has an outdoor but closed car park, for which remote control is provided. Parking is subject to availability at the time of parking. There are plenty of free on-street parking spaces next to the building.

The building is very well located for those who want a quiet area without the need for a car, with the possibility of going out to have fun in the bars of Praia da Rocha or just to go out for dinner and walk a little.

It is well located, with excellent beaches (Praia da Rocha, Praia dos Três Castelos and Praia do Vau nearby). Close to leisure areas, good quality nightlife (Bars, Nightclubs, Casino, Restaurants, among others).

If you are looking for water activities, this is an ideal area, where you will find a little bit of everything, from jet skis, pedal boats, SUP and much more.

Be sure to take a boat trip to the Benagil or Ponta Piedade caves.

If you like to play golf, the apartment is located about 10 minutes by car from the famous international golf resorts, such as the Penina Resort, Alto Golf Resort, Gramacho Resort.

If you want to try a parachute jump or tandem jump, the apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Alvor airfield.

If you want a change from the beach scene, Serra de Monchique is a 30-minute drive away. Excellent place for hiking in nature or simply to enjoy the gastronomy of the mountains. Be sure to visit Fóia, from there you have an excellent view over the Algarve.
