The worst experience I have ever had. Arrived at 2am to be told by SUE was doing the night audit, so waited. Then says I’ve gone down as a ‘no show’ so spent 25 minutes with the work manual trying to figure out how to retrieve the booking. 25 mins later tells me ‘hotels.com have insufficient funds on their card’ and that I need to take it up with them. Said how is it possible hotels.com have no money, tells me it’s not her problem. Say I will ring them and can she talk to them refuses to use my phone to talk to them as it’s a ‘security risk’ hotels.com ring the check in desk, answers they tell her it’s all gone through and been paid. Told them she can’t see it so she can’t let me in. Eventually pay AGAIN and wake up the next morning to be told by someone else I have been charged twice. Thankfully someone competent has refunded me
How Sue has a job on reception is hilarious. Sitting at the desk playing bingo, being rude unable to even work the computer. Took over an hour to get the room at 2am. Called over the MCDONALDS manager for help???? Who told me that because the transaction is pending I could take the money back???? So I asked if I pay for fuel and it’s pending I have to wait a day before I leave the garage? Stayed here many times and will not be returning, Sue needs retraining in Manners, How to do the actual job and how not to be playing bingo during her shift. Feel free to check the cameras. Tuesday morning 2:20am til gone 3am this went on for. Clueless and Rude.
