Rooms are boiling!

Really easily accessible and very clean inside the room. The bed was a king, which was appreciated. However, it was sooo hot! There was a fan in the room but it was pretty useless. In cooler weather this would be ideal for a quick overnight stop but for us we barely slept.

Lovely staff and rooms clean and comfy. Only thing for me was it was VERY hot, even with the window open and the fan going. Nice to have the convenience of shops and food next door.

I tried 4 different irons before they finally found one that works. Plug sockets stopped working and when i asked reception they suggested that i had too many items plugged in which i did not, they quickly got them working again. My room wasnt refreshed on day 2 of my stay even though i had put the sign on my door. I purchased the £10 breakfast voucher for £7.50 with a choice of macdonalds, costa, and roadchef, i didnt like the roadchef breakfast, you have to buy the toast and a cup of tea seperate and the coffee machine wasnt working.

The Days Inn was clean and tidy. Rooms well appointed and the staff amazingly friendly. I loved being able to wander into the Service Station and just have what I wanted for breakfast rather than having to pay £11 or £12 for a breakfast when I only have a very small appetite. I would certainly recommend this particular motel,
