Spacious and very clean room with all the facilities needed. Warm and comfortable. Spacious en suite which was immaculate. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Good parking facilities.

This hotel is excellent in all respects. However, I was asked to pay an extra £52 on check-in despite having paid in full when I booked with Hotels.com. The charming receptionist eventually resolved the problem. I was also asked to pay extra when I stayed at another Days Inn hotel recently. I would like Hotels.com and Days Inn to work together so that guests are not asked to pay more when they arrive.

The room itself had all the facilities. The problem was it absolutely stunk and even after the receptionist sprayed it it still stunk. There were no other rooms so we had to put up with it and have an awful sleep.

Rooms were fine. Unfortunately, a technical error meant that the receptionist thought I had already checked in. It kept me waiting at the desk for 30 minutes (at 1am) while a manager was called. Very poor customer service from the company until the fault was realised.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and exceptionally helpful. The building itself had issues with maintenance; for example, the toilet seat was held in place by one pin, the towel rail in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, and the tv & internet was unreliable. However, the staff did everything possible to alleviate any issues. Recommended

Very good for a budget hotel. Clean tidy friendly helpful staff. Bed a little on firm side Only complaint was only two towels supplied for a three person stay, but soon rectified. Plus the main light in the bathroom didn't work, luckily the mirror light was good.

The hotel has been recently refurbished and so it is well presented. The staff work hard to maintain a high standard but they could do with more support during the busy periods. ie bank holidays etc.
