The 'Casetta del Melograno' consists of the mezzanine floor with a small living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a particular bathroom made from the old cellar.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a sofa bed, a desk and a French window overlooking the garden.
Adjacent is the double bedroom.
La Casetta overlooks the garden with a beautiful 12x7 m pool, 90 cm to 220 cm deep, side pool shed with brick oven and barbecue.
Guests have private access to their exclusive use, with the possibility to park the car.
The garden, the swimming pool, the wood-burning oven and the barbecue are shared with the landlord.
In the garden there is a table with chairs, umbrella and deck chairs for guests.
Pets are welcome.
