The location is amazing and the staff were exceptional. Peter was on the pulse and the staff at all level were a 11 out of 10. They have the best smelling towels and house coats I have ever experienced. Better than most spas. The hotel is beautiful and so well managed. i can’t say enough about all the staff. Breakfast is excellent and rooms are so beautiful and so clean.It’s above a 5 star hotel, congrats and thank you . Peter has a fabulous team. We can’t say enough. It’s a stunning area and close to a beautiful vineyard.

Ayant réservé une suite dans cet hôtel mon sentiment est bien mitigé. Allant tres souvent en Italie j'avais le sentiment d'être plus dans un hôtel allemand qu'Italien avec 2 matelas et 2 couettes comme lit matrimonial que je trouve personnellement anti glamour. De meme pour le petit dejeuner tres moyen pour moi.mais sans doute bien pour un allemand. En plus pas de chauffage fonctionnel dsns la chambre avec un systeme en panne. Ce point devait etre vérifié avant l'arrivee des clients

Prima Hotel,met zorg gerenoveerd en uitgebreid mooi zwembad, goed eten. Echter......de (grote) airco in de kamer kreeg de kamer (405) gewoonweg niet koel. Bij buitentemperaturen van 35-38 graden, 's nachts slecht slapen vanwege de benauwdheid in de kamer is geen plezier. Zeker ook niet voor de prijzen die men vraagt (was midden Juli). Buiten de airco echt een prima locatie......

Genusstage im Piemont

Unsere Aufenthalt im Sunstar Piemont war einfach grossartig. Tolles Wetter und dazu wunderbares Personal, das uns verwöhnte. Essen und Wein war ein Genuss. Schöner kann man sich einen Aufenthalt im Piemont gar nicht vorstellen. Kommen gerne wieder.
