I spend a long weekend and really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was included. It was typical on the week days, but weekends there was an omlet bar as well as the usual breakfast offerings which made it very nice. The rooms were clean and warm. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Very close to the ...
When I arrived, it was clear that most of the guests actually lived at the hotel. There were clothes and boots in the hallways, men high on drugs babbling on about nothing, and prostitutes roaming the halls. When I got to my room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Before even taking off my shoes, I grabbed ...
Nice enough room but no heat. Stayed there. 2 nights, the first night had heat. Second night heater just blew out cold air. Slept by pulling the blanket all around me. Didn't get up at 2 am to complain and change rooms. This hotel was in Williston North Dakota, not a warm warm place. Rented 3 rooms ...
First night of arrival was fine however the next couple of days were weird. People at the front desk not really friendly. I asked house keeping to change bed sheets and add towels. She put the same sheets back on the bed absolutely disgusting. They put me in a room far at the end of the hallway. ...
It was a nice stay. Only complaint was no to little hot water! But nice beds and decent location and quiet. I would most likely stay here again.
enjoyed room very well. Our only complaint was when we opened the hide-a-bed, it was so full of crumbs that we ended up bringing in our air mattress for our grand daughter to sleep on.
A mistake was made on the reservation. We arrived to find we had a singe room. It should have been a room with 2 beds. The employ said she could not change our room because we paid for it through the travel company. There were double rooms available. We had to get a second room.
I left my jacket in the room when I checked out. I called from another city the next day, asked them to send it to me, and offered to pay for the postage. I received the package a couple of days later, and the hotel had paid for the postage. Now that is service!
