In the middle of the Mallorcan countryside, in the north of Mallorca, you will experience the typical rural charm at Ca Na Patufa. The accommodation is located near the well-known town of Alcudia and a short drive from the stunning beaches of Alcudia Bay.



The "Patufa" house has capacity for four people and promises an authentic Mallorcan experience. In the outdoor area, you can delight in the fantastic 11m x 6m pool with a depth of up to 2.10m, with a unique shape and an outdoor shower. There is also a barbecue area where you can enjoy a delicious outdoor grill with a good glass of wine. Large green areas with typical island trees surround the pool, inviting you to cool off or sunbathe. On one of the four comfortable loungers, you will experience a warm sunset. Pool towels are provided to enjoy a pleasant swim. Shaded areas, a natural stone table under jasmine flowers and garden furniture invite you to relax and enjoy your vacation.



Inside, a living room with a fireplace awaits you, a space to relax and enjoy a good wine. The design, with solid wood beams exposed on the ceilings and a typical Mallorcan country kitchen with a natural stone sink, gives Patufa a unique atmosphere. Upstairs, you can relax in the two bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both decorated with great care. There are two bathrooms available to guests. Fantastic pool, gorgeous gardens and great location

Myself, my husband and three young sons had a lovely week here. The pool is absolutely gorgeous - really deep and very clean, and the gardens are wonderful - full of fruit trees and nice for the children to explore. The hosts were lovely (they came once to clean the pool and water the garden) and were friendly and helpful. The property itself was simple - no Wifi or other mod cons, but it was perfect for what we needed. And it's in a great location to go to local beaches and towns. We would recommend it.

What a great week!

We couldn't expect for more. The house is ideally located 10min outside Portpolenca/Alcudia. No neighbours, great pool and fantastic garden. The week for 2 adults and 3 kids (age 11, 10 and 6 couldn't) have been better. We picked melons, tomatoes, lime etc from the garden. We made pizza in the authentic pizza oven and dived in the pool. From time to time we made excursions on the island. Can truly recommend a week or two in this beautifully mallorcan finca. PS: You need a car to get around!

Wundervolle Finca

Tolle mallorquinische Finca. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit unseren drei Kindern. Leider nicht klimatisiert, aber diverse Ventilatoren haben die Nächte erträglich gemacht. Der Kontakt war ebenfalls sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Rustikal ist nicht gleich abgewohnt

Wir (2 Eltern mit Teenies, 14 und 11) verbrachten 10 Tage der Herbstferien in dieser Finca. -Buchung + Kontakt mit Agentur reibungslos, sehr zuvorkommend -Lage der Finca super, ein Auto ist jedoch ein Muss, da kein Bus in der Nähe -Aussenbereich tiptop gepflegt, Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt, ohne dass wir jemanden bemerkt haben -mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten um das Haus herum, Pizzaofen, Grill -die Finca an sich ist okay, Platz für 6 wäre da, aber das ist dann schon sehr eng -Ausstattung der Küche ist mengenmässig sehr gut, aber einiges ist abgenutzt und schmutzig, wir haben viel vor dem Gebrauch gereinigt -die Waschmaschine war sehr schmutzig, vor allem das Waschmittelfach -die Bäder sind ok, aber ebenfalls abgenutzt, Handtücher waren viele da, jedoch alles andere als neu -Schubladen im ganzen Haus sind verzogen, es hat jedoch viele Bücher und Spiele -Mücken hat es mega viele, unbedingt Spray mitnehmen -Katzen hat es etwa 10 gehabt, aber die waren total süss -toll war das Verpflegungspaket bei Anreise!!! Vielen Dank dafür! Fazit: Man müsste einige Dinge renovieren, austauschen, reparieren, da hat es noch ganz viel Potential. Rustical und einfach ist das Eine, abgenutzt und schmuddelig das Andere. Wenn man viel draussen ist und was unternimmt, ist die Finca sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man eher Zeit drinnen verbringen will, ist es "nur" gut.

Schöne Finca in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Finca Patufa verbracht. Vor allem der Außenbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Er bietet viele Sitzgelegenheit mit tollem Ausblick ins Grüne und sogar bis zum Meer. Die Finca sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Außerdem haben wir von der Gastgeberin ein tolles Willkommenspaket erhalten :-) Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Finca in TOP-Zustand

Wir sind mit drei jugendlichen Kindern angereist. Die Finca besticht durch ihre sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen und den fantastischen Pool, der auch regelmäßig gesäubert wurde. Ein kleines Malheur (durch ein Gewitter am Vortag unserer Anreise war eine Pumpe ausgefallen, dadurch hatten wir einige Stunden kein Wasser) wurde durch die Eigentümer so schnell es ging behoben. Im Garten durften wir uns an an den vielfältigen Früchten frei bedienen. Das fehlende W-LAN war für unsere Jugendlichen ein Wermutstropfen... :-) Die vielen Katzen auf dem Gelände waren beim Essen im Freien etwas aufdringlich, ließen sich aber mit etwas Wasser vertreiben. Im Zweifel tat's ein Strahl aus der Wasserpistole - wir haben sie dagelassen :-) An den meisten Fenstern gibt es mittlerweile guten Insektenschutz. Manchmal witscht aber doch eine Stechmücke rein, z.B. durch die Tür. Dagegen helfen Moskitonetze überm Bett, die wir extra mitgebracht hatten. Und ab nachmittags braucht man Mückenschutz beim Sonnenbaden, z.B. Autan. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse!

Wunderschöne Finca mit einzigartigem Pool und ganz lieben Eigentümern

Genau mit Ende des Alarmzustandes haben wir es doch noch geschafft, einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser herrlichen Finca zu verbringen. Dies ist aber nur den Bemühungen der Eigentümerin zu verdanken und nicht der Agentur IPM. Diese waren in der Zeit davor nur ganz schwer zu erreichen, und wenn, reagierten sie stur, unflexibel und überhaupt nicht kulant. Die Finca selber ist ideal für den Aufenthalt von Paaren oder einer Familie mit nicht zu kleinen Kindern geeignet. Die Kinder sollten sicher schwimmen können, da der Pool am Einstieg wirklich gleich 2 m tief ist. Das weitreichende umliegende Terrain mit unzähligen Bäumen und einem riesigen Garten gehört mit dazu. Mit dem Einverständnis der Eigentümerin kann man sich an den vielen Früchten an den Bäumen und dem Gemüse im Garten gerne bedienen. Das war wirklich schön und nicht alltäglich. Auf Grund dessen, hat man auch keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Die Ausstattung der Finca lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Bei unserer Ankunft war selbst der Kühlschrank mit dem Nötigsten gefüllt. Die Fenster haben mittlerweile Fliegengitter, so dass es im Haus keine Probleme mit Mücken gab. Draußen konnten sie schon manchmal nerven, Aber das ist, neben den Millionen Zikaden und dem leichten Lärm der naheliegenden Straße nach Alcudia, auch das Einzigste, was uns ein wenig störte. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert und nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes von fast 3Wochen wurde auch das Haus geputzt und Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das fehlende WLAN und eine Klimaanlage haben wir nicht wirklich vermisst. Wenn man die Fenster rechtzeitig verdunkelt, halten sich die Temperaturen im Haus, auch bei über 30°C draußen, im erträglichen Rahmen. Wer im Urlaub unbedingt online sein will, der Mobilfunk Empfang ist top. Es war also ein wunderschöner Urlaub auf der Finca. Wir würden sie immer wieder buchen, nur nicht mehr über die Firma IPM. Die aktuellen Bewertungen von IPM auf Google bestätigen leider auch unsere negativen Erfahrungen mit dieser Agentur, zumindest in der schwierigen Corona-Zeit. Ganz lieben Dank nochmals an die Eigentümerin, ihnen Mann und ihre Tochter für ihre schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe.

Sehr schöne ländliche Finca

Wie waren Anfang Oktober in diesem Objekt. Die Finca hatte keine Mängel, alles wie beschrieben. Besonders gut haben und der Aussenbereich und der Pool gefallen. Allein die große Anzahl an Moskitos war nervig, hier würde ich zukünftigen Gästen empfehlen, ein Moskitonetz mitzubringen, ein Harken ist über denn Bett vorhanden, so dass das Netz unproblematisch genutzt werden kann.

Die Lage des Hauses ist Top,man ist ruckzuck überall im Norden Mallorcas.Die Küche ist sehr gut augestattet,uns fehlte es an nichts.Freitags wird der Pool gereinigt und Montags wird das Haus gereinigt.Wir bekamen Montags immer Obst und Gemüse hin gestellt.Auch bei der Ankunft war Essen und Trinken vorhanden.Der Pool ist einfach der Hammer,das einzigste was ich bemängeln muss ist,das direkt nach dem Einstieg über die Treppe es ca. 1,80m tief ist.Der Pool wird dann bis ca. 2m tief,bevor er wieder auf ca.1,30m ansteigt.Mit kleinen Kindern ist das nicht sehr optimal. Für mich persöhnlich war es ohne Klimaanlage defenetiv zu warm.Es waren Ventilatoren vorhanden,die etwas für abkühlung sorgten,Das soll kein Kritikpunkt sein ,da ich ja wusste das keine Klima vorhanden war. p.s. man sollte Katzenliebhaber wie wir sein :-)
