Upon arriving at the property, we are greeted by a beautiful terrace, ideal for enjoying al fresco diningin its outdoor dining area, leading us to a cozy living-dining room, perfect for sharing moments with family or relaxing while watching satellite TVfrom the comfort of the sofa.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, we find a bright dining roomwith a sofa, a table for six people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with direct views of Puerto de Alcudia beach. On the upper floor, there are three bedroomsfilled with natural light: the master bedroom, with a 150 cm x 190 cmdouble bed and a private terrace with sea views; the second, with two 90 cm x 190 cmsingle beds; and the third, with a bunk bed, ideal for the little ones.

The property accommodates 6 peoplein its three spacious rooms, with the possibility of adding an extra bedfor an additional cost. It is equipped with an oven, gas stove, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, it has two modern bathrooms, both with shower and toilet.

Salzes IVis located in one of the best areas of Puerto de Alcudia, close to supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment areas, and everything needed for a perfect vacation. The highlight of this location is the privilege of being in front of the largest beach in Mallorca, in a quiet area. Here you can enjoy water sports, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and children's play areas. In addition, there are pools, banks, medical services, and clinics within walking distance. The promenadeinvites you to enjoy pleasant walks while breathing in the fresh air. Just a few minutes by car (approximately 5 km), you can find other small charming beaches, perfect for exploring more intimate spots.

Nearby historical attractionsinclude the Roman city of Pollentia, its Roman theater, and the medieval town of Alcudia, with its impressive walls. In front of them, the beachstretches for kilometers of fine sand, shaping the bay of Alcudiawith its crystalline turquoise waters. This is the most famous beachin the area, offering all kinds of services: bars, boat rentals, sailing courses, and a water park.

However, this beach, the largest in Mallorca at 10 kilometers, is not the only one. Nearby, there are nearly twenty more: from sandy beachesto rocky coves, some accessible only by sea. Among the most intimate are Alcanadaand S'Illot Coll Baix, a natural wonder that can only be reached by boat or after a pleasant walk among pines and rocks.
