This property offers a unique opportunity to make the most of your vacation in Mallorca. It is located in the north of the island, just a few meters from the incredible and famous Alcudia Port beach.



Despite being in a strategic location, surrounded by the best restaurants and supermarkets in the area, it remains a very quiet house due to its proximity to the river, which provides exceptional tranquility to the property.



It is a townhouse with a private pool (4m x 2m), in addition to a community pool, on a terrace with everything you need: a fantastic barbecue with its tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor life and sunbeds to sunbathe. The pool has a safety fence to protect the little ones.



The terrace connects to the house through large windows that facilitate the entry of light on the ground floor, where there is a beautiful living-dining room, a bathroom and an independent kitchen, fully equipped.



On the first floor are the three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a bunk bed, as well as the two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. This first floor also has a furnished terrace with incredible views of the lake and the mountain.



Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. Towels will be provided for both bath and pool so that you do not have to bring them from home.

Four Days in Alcudia

Spent eight days in Mallorca, half using Alcudia as home base. Great town w/ ease of access to beaches, bird watching, cycling, Soller, etc...

Villa with pool

This property was very nice. Had everything we needed for a very enjoyable week in Alcudia. Children loved the pool, perfect for a cool off. Close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Taxis nearby for going on excursions.

Needs updating

The photos make the villa look more up to date than it is. The furniture all needs replacing and the air conditioning in the two twin rooms didn't work. Work men were sent immediately to fix it but once switched off it reverted to not being cool. I suspect this may also need updating. On the plus side it's a great location. The dip pool is a god send because the garden gets sun all day and is a lovely sun trap.

Lovely villa, friendly owner.

We had a lovely week staying here and the owner was really friendly and helpful. The location was very handy for the beach and local shops, but there was very loud music playing from a nearby venue/hotel until between 11:30-12:30 each night (didn't wake the kids up but stopped us sleeping!). The villa was really clean and someone came to clean the pool too. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils etc. The only other negative was the shower (the one over the bath was difficult to control and the one on its own sprayed water everywhere so we didn't use it!). Overall we had a really lovely holiday!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, da muss das Reinigungsteam etwas besser arbeiten, jedoch funktionierte die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und den Vermietern einwandfrei und es wurden die zu beanstanden Kleinigkeiten sehr schnell behoben. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist gut ausgestattet, sie ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Für uns war es perfekt!

Wir haben als Familie (43, 44, 19, 7 J.) im August 2022 zwei Wochen in dem Reihenmittelhaus verbracht und haben erholsame Stunden auf der Terrasse mit privatem Pool verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was es braucht… Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Tassimo Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, TV, privater Parkplatz u.v.m. Wir haben auch immer sehr gut geschlafen. Die Matratzen waren eher weich. Klimaanlage ist in allen Zimmern vorhanden. Das Objekt befindet sich mitten im sehr belebten Touristenort Alcudia. Der lange Sandstrand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, genau wie zahlreiche Shops und Restaurants. In der Hochsaison ist es entsprechend voll. Das war uns bewusst. Abends wurde es teilweise etwas lauter durch das Abendprogramm verschiedener Hotels in der nahen Umgebung aber die Musik hat uns gefallen. Wir haben uns davon meistens nicht gestört gefühlt. Urlauber sollten sich dessen aber bewusst sein. Es war Hochsaison! Der Pool ist schätzungsweise 4 m x 2,50 m groß und ca. 1,10 m tief. Für uns war es völlig ausreichend. Der Pool wurde auch regelmäßig professionell kontrolliert und gesäubert von einem externen Service. Alle Belange und Anfragen wurden schnell und freundlich behoben. Der Rundum-Service war perfekt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen - allerdings sind die Preise sämtlicher Ferienhäuser (auch in der Umgebung) in diesem Jahr 2022 aktuell auf einem hohen Niveau. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen, wenn man ein Haus mit Pool in einer sehr belebten Gegend sucht! Es war ein toller Urlaub! Vielen Dank!!!

Unter den Erwartungen

Wir haben in der Hauptsaison gebucht und über 2000€ die Woche gezahlt. Leider entsprach der Standard des Reihenhauses nicht unseren Erwartungen für diesen Preis. Alles ist sehr einfach, das Sofa bietet nur Platz für 2 Personen. Die Stühle sind sehr unbequem. Die Klimaanlage war kaputt, wurde dann Mitte der Woche komplett ausgetauscht, leider kein Entgegenkommen seitens der Agentur für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die uns dadurch entstanden sind. Leider wird in der Beschreibung nicht auf den Musik/ Veranstaltungslärm der umliegenden zwei Hotels hingewiesen, die teils sehr laut bis Mitternacht spielt. Positiv sei die fussläufige Nähe zum Strand zu erwähnen, der sehr schön ist. Der kleine Pool war ebenfalls von unseren Kindern sehr geschätzt. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien, wenn auch einfacher Standard, ausgestattet.

Great location and view, although lounge area a little small for 3 adults and a teen.

Great property, really handy for beach and bars, restaurants etc. Lovely to have the pool - a bit smaller than expected but great for a cool off. A few small issues: Wi-fi didn't reach my daughter's room, which wasn't good as she is a teenager. Shower in main bathroom was very disappointing - more like a hose pipe than a shower, so used the other shower mostly, but this was very small and cramped. Seating in lounge comprised of only 1 sofa, which 3 people could just narrowly squeeze onto, not great for 4 people. All in all a great property, could just do with rectifying the few issues.

Alles in de buurt.

Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij zaten hier 2 weken met 2 kleine meiden van 1 en 4. Alle slaapkamers hebben airco en de bedden slapen prima, op wat gekraak en gepiep na. Het zwembad is top! Niet groot, maar perfect voor het bestrijden van de oververhitting. Je loopt in vijf minuten naar het strand en je struikelt over de restaurantjes. De Lidl en de Eroskii zijn met de auto een spreekwoordelijk minuutje ver. Dikke prima, allemaal!
